The products arrived on time and securely wrapped in the protective packaging.

Competitive product pricing and when buying a few items the postage cost isn't to bad.

I ordered my first product from the website, but found the site via a Google search.

I ordered my first product from the company - a catch can - and it didn't arrive as soon as I thought (during COVID lockdown). I got onto the website and sent an email message to check if there were any problems (as it was a bit after office hours when the message was sent) and got a call back within 5 minutes (to my surprise). They had already identified the issue regarding the postal address and confirmed where it was (transit issues) with the courier service. Then to reduce further delays they dispatched a replacement that afternoon while they waited for the other to return to them. I received the item in a few days and it is working perfectly. I was very impressed with the very high level of professionalism - nothing was too hard to fix - and it was all done happily, stress-free and extremely quickly. Thank you very much. For an on-line business I cannot ask for a higher standard of service and professionalism.
