I was looking for a Peerless Stabilis TV Bracket & up popped AV4home. They were the cheapest & free p/p. So took a gamble and ordered item. That was on a Thursday morning. Recieved email Thursday afternoon saying item had been dispatched & arrived following morning.

After moving into a new house without any furniture I needed everything for my AV setup. I ordered a TV cabinet and cables after speaking to the most helpful of sales advisors in the afternoon with the guarantee that I would receive the whole order the following day.

Considering the time I was not actually expecting them for a couple of days, something I was happy with, but lo and behold they actually turned up just when expected!

Not only did they offer me fantastic prices, they advised me on exactly what I needed without being pushy toward more expensive products and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Product arrived promptly. Quality item however did have a faulty piece which the manufacturer replaced without question. AV4Home handled everything which shows they have good support from their Suppliers and they are a first class distributor. Highly recommend.

I found the company by researching via Google. When I spoke to a member of staff he mentioned their showroom was within 1.5 hrs driving distance from my home. We decided to go and view the item before purchasing, and were very impressed with the staff. I placed my order and the item came much sooner than expected. Whilst the cabinet was being assembled we realised that one of the small component parts of the door mechanism wasn't working correctly. I rang the wholesaler/stockist and they too were exceptionally helpful and sent me the spare part within 2 days. Would deal with Av4home again.

I stumbled upon AV4Home initially via a Google search - what a great find! Customer service was top notch. I ordered a TV cabinet and they kept me up to date with delivery progress and made sure I knew everything I needed to. When an accessory delivered from a supplier didn't work properly, they made sure everything was resolved ASAP with no hassles whatsoever.

As an American, I generally find the quality of customer service in the UK pretty lacking however AV4Home gave me a reminder of the level of service I'm missing back home. I wouldn't hesitate ordering again or recommending to anyone I know!

The web site is easily navigated, the product range is plentiful,and the staff are exceptional. usual email you get from other companies , plus they don't employ
yodel to deliver so it arrived unscathed . Will use av4 when buying my

Nice tv stand only thing is it didn`t come with any screws to fasten the tv to it but apart from that its ok came next day once it was in stock. would buy again thinckin of mactching table.

AV4Home's website is good in itself, but visiting their showroom is a revelation. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's pressurised sales from staff who don't know what they're talking about. What you get when you visit AV4 is exactly the reverse - freedom to browse their enormous, very well displayed selection and accurate information if you need it. It's been a while since I bought any new kit, and the first time I've gone for a higher quality racking system and all I can say is that, if it's at all possible, see their range in the flesh. The photos don't do most of the items justice. Case in point - I went expecting to buy a Gecko unit and came out with an Audinni - having completely discounted it from the photos on the web. I bought an ex-display rack (at an excellent price) and within minutes it had been dismantled, carefully packaged and carried over to the car. I can't praise them enough - and, having installed it, the unit looks superb. Enough said!

Fantastic communication, super fast delivery and some good sound advice written inside one of their descriptions. "don't bi-wire just buy a better quality speaker cable" Bought QED revelation on this advice and was stunned by the difference over the 25 year old Naim cable i was using! Would shop here again as price was competitive too!

With one phone call to sales I was recommended the right product at a good price and then it was delivered the next day. All in all, a first class service.
