Have been a customer for over 30 years and we always have had good service from your telephone, delivery and site teams.

I called enquiries for help with accessing our account on line as we had lost the details. Paula was extremely helpful, kind and friendly and sorted everything out for me and has even gone the extra mile to e-mail me to ensure everything has gone well. Our new contract is now in place, so thank you to Les in contracts who talked me through the process on the phone so that I did not have to fill out lots of forms on line, a process not always easy for we older people.

I had to contact Avanti Gas (15th June) about for a few queries as I was approaching the end of my current contract.
The Customer Service Advisor, Paula, was able to answer and assist all my queries promptly without any fuss.
Today I renewed my contract, yes price is important, but the level of service is equally important which is why I decided to renew again. Plus the delivery team are excellent also, so reliable.

Contacted Avantigas today to update my reading due to price increase and the website wouldn't accept my reading. Fortunately Lily was very efficient and accepted my reading, job done within 2 minutes. Very pleased.

Avanti Gas Customer Service Representative Lily- I found to be extremely professional, she listened to my call and, although she was unable to deal with my difficulty, did refer the matter on to those within the Company that could do so. This then was resolved in a speedy, kind and helpful manner. Needless to say I am most pleased with the result – thankyou!

Rang AvantiGas to give my meter reading instead of online and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very friendly and understanding. Have had dealings with the team before and I am always very happy with the customer service.

I was contacted by Adam Clark and without boring you with the detail we agreed a new contract for my supply at an agreed rate accepted to both parties. Unfortunately, this help only came as a result of writing and sending a recorded delivery addressed personally to Courtney Beswick (head of customer experience). Adam was excellent but like all these things he is working within the restraints of a corporate organisation which has complex and stringent policies, his powers therefore to provide a long term solution were hamstrung but, that said, he seemed sincere in genuinely wanting to reach a mutual compromise in the meantime. On a personal level, I was a little disappointed that my efforts to speak with the head of the team still failed, which in many ways demonstrates the difficulties in dealing with the corporate machine. Its such a shame that policy and protocol almost always override a little joined up thinking but I guess this is a world we have to accept and ultimately adopt the realisation that doing business the old fashioned way is a bygone concept never to return. I suspect this review will be responded to by somebody working from home who will upload their comments while managing their priorities among the pilates class, walking the dog and taking in Amazon deliveries. Perhaps I'm being a little harsh but I suspect if the same question was put to a National customer service poll the results would speak for themselves. None the less, thank you Adam for doing everything you said you would and for being true to your word, Avanti Gas needs more people like you!!

Easy to get through to a real human. Paula was really excellent. Listened carefully, answered all my questions. Very good indeed.

I had a really good experience with customer service and agent called Paula. The phone line wasn't good but she phoned me back several times until we could talk. Then she dealt with my query efficiently. Was very happy with the call.
