FINDING A CONTACT NUMBER FOR AVANTI GAS WAS DIFFICULT AS THEY ENCOURAGE ALL COMMUNICATION AND ORDERS TO GO THROUGH THEIR ON LINE PORTAL . HOWEVER THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK

I was querying the large price rise on LPG, when there has been nothing like this in the last 13 years I have been using bulk Avantigas for the Whitesands Development in Camber East Sussex. Jayne, as I am used to in Customer Service interactions, was very helpful and understanding of my concerns and explained the reasons for the rise due to the Middle East conflict's effects on Oil prices. Also Jayne provided advice on the early renewal in December when we all hope prices are trending back to normal.

Rang to query a contract renewal on a property we are letting, they were super helpful, answered the call and my query very quickly and efficiently

I have had endless problems switching from my previous supplier. One of the reasons why I wanted to switch apart from their ridiculous pricing was because their customer support was awful and nothing worked as it should. I had some problems with Avantigas but unlike the previous supplier, the Avantigas staff came up with solutions and helped me through the hic-coughs. I had to contact them several times and each time they nice, helpful and natural (not forced niceness). Frankie Hall was my final helper (I hope) and sailed me through authentication, activation and a fast fill up (my tank has been empty for weeks). So well done Frankie and all the others who have had to put up with me for quite a time. And Thank you

A 'can do' and supportive approach taken by Adam.
We had an issue and at every turn Adam was outcome and resolution focused. He was polite and understanding, he delivered his promises and the issue was resolved.

They are a person of mystery. They came they filled the tank and they left. No one saw them. You wouldn't knoìw they had been but for the receipt through the letter box.
So they did a good job.

No problems with this company. In fact very understanding of my circumstances.......not normal for an LPG suppliers.

The response from Lily at Avanti Gas was very prompt.

The Avanti drivers are always very professional and although our tanks need to be reached through our “longish” drive they are always extremely discreet.
The only problem we have is that the print out which they leave behind lacks clarity …. both in terms of VERY poor legibility (hardly any ink on the paper) and lack of essential details e.g. cost per unit agreed. Without these the delivery print out is incomplete .
AVANTI SHOULD CORRECT THIS

Kieran was very friendly. We discussed how we had cancelled our deliveries due to robins nesting in the tank cover. The babies had now fledged. He told me they wouldn’t deliver if they saw a nest in the cover.

Ordered online, gas delivered within a few days. Really easy process. Pay by monthly DD so no need to worry about a big bill coming in.

Friendly drivers who really try to deliver In bad weather. Office staff are helpfull but their calculation for monthly DDMs are often way off.
What really anoys me is they do not give their best price when renewing a contract. Yes they will do a 2 year fix and match other suppliers but only when you obtain other quotes. They are as bad as the insurance industry in this respect forcing you to play their little games, to get a fair deal.

Professional and courteous as always, took great care in running the pipe past some delicate plants.
