From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

The item I ordered was the wrong size…
The item I ordered was the wrong size -shoes.
They said size 39 but were clearly a size 38 and had to be returned and were no others that could be exchanged. They were a rogue size and I feel it unfair that I will be charged for the the return postage when I am refunded.

Handy Waterproof Jacket
Only recently bought this Waterproof Jacket and ordered it in a bigger size so I could wear extra layers underneath. I’m happy with the size, fit, and compactness when folded. Handy to fit into a shoulder bag or handbag. I’ve not yet worn it in the rain, but I always have found Regatta to be good quality and Waterproof when that is in the description.

Regatta dry robe Mocha
Fast delivery from Avenue 85. Bought a regatta dry robe, the coat is warm and waterproof but whoever designed the coat didnt think that people would need to use the hood when raining. Hood is too short for the coat.
