From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Ordered 2 pairs of Sandals online on a Friday afternoon, they arrived the following Wednesday, great service.
However being a man I had not checked my sizing correctly and ordered 1/2 a size too small.
No problem, the returns portal is absolute simplicity to use and made returning/exchanging them a pain free experience.
There was a slight delay processing my return due to the Bank Holiday break, but a quick email enquiry got things moving again and the replacements arrived with me 2 days later.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, my experience was absolutely top notch from beginning to end.

Stunning coats
Ordered wrong size and didn’t like the colour of the coat I originally ordered and was able to switch the colour and size which I thought was great as many places require you to reorder. Amazing quality and looks unreal on. Very happy!
