I’m afraid I experienced very poor customer service. The skip I ordered wasn’t delivered on the requested date having waited in all day. Had to phone to be told it was coming the next day. Duly arrived, broke a manhole cover in the process. Was informed it was being dealt with but to date no response.

Empty bag was delivered the following morning after I ordered it and when filled was collected the morning after I requested removal.
