Do not buy a car from this garage. They are cowboys i brought a car from them just under a year ago. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I've already spent over a £1000 on it. I've just had it m.o.t'd and now find out it was sold to me with no airbag. Phoned them to tell them and they say they can't help me and I should go on Ebay to source one. Once they have your money they don't want to know, terrible customer service. They need to be reported to trading standards and be shut down.

Picked up my son’s first car on Saturday from here . Apart from the battery in the key fob battery needing replacing , everything else seems to be fine .
Not sure about all the negative reviews, when buying a second hand car you always take a risk !

Bought a focus st from them about nine months ago and already I've spent over 2k getting it fixed. They tell you it's been serviced, it hasn't. It had gunky brake fluid, cracked tyres, corroded wishbones, the air shutters were stuck in the closed position, the symposer was broken, the sensor for the fan was broken, the alternator was faulty, the air con radiator was corroded, the interior switch for the lights was broken and hanging off, the bash plate for the exhaust was hanging off and the wiring was messed up which caused the car to keep cutting out, the boot release button was loose, the door seals were hanging off, there was a tear in the seat which they hid in the photos, that's just some of the problems it had. They are cowboys, don't buy from them.

I bought a car from this dealer and few months ago. I had a very good experience and so not sure why there are negative reviews. I was provided very good advice about a few cars and then the staff gave me full details on the car I wanted to buy. I went for a test drive and was really happy with the car. I’m so happy I visited and bought the car. The car has been running perfectly.
I would definitely recommend them and their service was impeccable!

Purchased a jeep cherokee that is having problems . Have made 5 phonecalls and sent an email which I have chased only to be told I going to have to wait!!!!

Bought a car on 19th October 2024. The problems started right away the day after and it's been a nightmare!
If you ever buy a car here... Take pictures of it or even a video! If there is any problem, these guys don't take responsibility and they take advantage of people so at least you will have some evidence later on of the condition of the car. Once you buy it and take it away you pray you chose a good car... these cars are so dodgy too...

Bought a car from here wished we hadn't.
Do not purchase a car from this company.
We waited for half an hour and four attempts to activate the insurance. It never happened. So we purchased a day one ourselves. Out of pocket.
Took the car home. The oil did not look great considering it was meant to have had an oil change. It was black. Out of pocket again. The V5C was input incorrectly on the system by the garage. The address was incorrect. No V5C after a month contacted the DVLA. Need to fill out a V62 at £25. Out of pocket. Went to the garage spoke to Zee said he will deal with the issues.....tried to usher my husbands out of the cabin. Still waiting!!!!!
What an absolute shambles. I have bought many cars in my life (being of a certain age) and I have never experienced such bad customer service or having been ripped off in such away that I want to warn others DO not visit this car dealership. The cars look nice. Do not be fooled........

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!, I bought a car from them and 11 months later the car stopped working !!!it turned out it was fitted with an illegal part what shown 11,000 miles less than the car had actually done. I contacted them within 12 months and they refused to pay towards my £1,600 bill to rectify the problem. They stated it is not their problem as I now own the car. The original sales person I bought it off also doesn’t work their anymore (bit suspicious as to why all the salesmen are new). The customer service is brilliant when buying a car but turn rude and arrogant as soon as you drive out the dealership gates

A car dealer that makes promised that they do not keep. I have tired to get in touch but I have not been able to speak to them for months as they promised to forward on the car manual for me but have never done so . I purchased the car 4 months ago. They literally just block your calls if you have a problem. so shocking after care and quite frankly I would avoid them as they give used car dealerships a bad name. I regret my purchase from them

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! They were all lovely on the phone and helpful when I was there but it was all a scam after losing thousands.
Was looking for a Shogun and they had one that looked perfect from the outside. Went twice to look at it and give it a test run, only issue was the headlight was out. Showed me the MOT history and advisories and there were some miner things that needed doing no problem and then a small amount of rust. All seemed doable.
They asked for £5400 I got for £5000. It was sold as seen which I didn’t know about till I’d decided to get it but was already obsessed so risked it. Took it to my garage a few weeks later to get the advisories done, no problems until they told me the rust was an urgent fix and will fail the MOT. Seemed odd considering it had just had one with the dealers so my garage believes it was a fake MOT. However 3 months later and an additional £3000 spent trying to save it I had to scrap due to extreme rust and corrosion under the entire car, in the fuel pipes and the fuel tank and after the fuel pump and fuel injection system had been destroyed due to the amount of rust inside.

Do not use these dodgy scammers! They will sell you a faulty car and then refuse to help when repairs need doing. They ignore calls and emails, and I will be escalating this to the motoring ombudsman, along with going for full compensation. I’m heavily pregnant with 2 toddlers and have been without a car for days on end on and off since purchasing the vehicle. These charlatans took my entire life savings. I will not let this lie. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON MEN, and don’t be fooled by half of the reviews on Google , they are fake!
