This is not a legitimate moving company. It operates as a front.

They present themselves online as a professional removals firm, issue official looking contracts, and collect payment up front. In reality, they do not carry out the work themselves. Once a job is booked, they subcontract it to the cheapest labour they can find, often individuals with no removals or handling experience, and take their commission. After the booking is confirmed, they become unresponsive to emails and phone calls and accept no responsibility for damage, loss, or failure to complete the job.

Do not book with this “company”.

Poor poor communication. Do not use. When things were going wrong they stopped picking up the phones to help and were demanding more money. They don’t protect your possessions and couldn’t care less. This isn’t a legitimate company.

Very poor service. Goods missing and damaged.

This is not a real moving company. They make promises, issue contracts that look official, then outsource the job to the cheapest labour they can find. In our case they flew someone in from Poland who had never done a moving job before.

Search for their address in Companies House. There are 10,000 businesses registered there.

They quoted us an “All Inclusive” rate to move our 4 bedroom house. Payment required up front. They collected all of our belongings, put them in storage, and delivered half of it. Tables without legs. Cushions without sofas. Beds without mattresses. Nothing usable. What they did deliver was all scratched, broken, or stained. Then they demanded the same payment again to deliver the rest in 2 weeks. They left my wife - who is a wheelchair user - completely unable to be independent in our new home. They made an already stressful situation completely unbearable. When we protested they dumped our stuff in a shipping container and started charging £50 a day until it was collected.

We are seeking legal action against them. Our advice is go elsewhere.

Didn't show up. Ghosted us on moving day. No notification, no answering the phone or replying to messages or emails. Took the deposit, and simply did not arrive day of.
Edit - they did at 12pm get back to me and apologise for forgetting about my booking and refund the deposit plus an additional £50. The additional costs to me of having to find last minute movers day of were of course far greater than this. The move had been booked for 9am, and the resulting hours of stress and uncertainty can't be understated. When buying and selling in the same day, an offer to move the next day instead is not of great use.

Victoria and Xavier made the process extremely easy and stress-free by providing information clearly both by email and over the phone. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and we were kept in the loop regarding pick up and delivery times.

This was especially valuable as the move was from London to Edinburgh and they made the logistics of this work very smoothly in terms of accommodating the dates, times and storage options we needed.

The movers were quick, friendly and professional on both sides of the job and overall the service was great value for money. We will be sure to utilise their services again in the future!

I had to move a piano (organ) from the second floor of a house to another place. The quotation response was quick. The movers arrived on time on the day of removal and the job was finished smoothly and quickly.

Really recommend them. They were extremely efficient, communicative, and accommodating. I paid £207 for five boxes to be transported from Edinburgh to London. They were flexible with the amount of boxes and the shape, type, weight, and contents of the boxes (unlike other companies that are so picky). They delivered and dropped off on time and gave me a narrow time window, so I didn’t have to wait around all day. I called several times with questions and this lovely lady always answered and was very clear and on the ball. She quickly changed my order for me at late notice. The delivery man was also very adaptive and communicative with timings. The service was really everything I wanted (my friends have had nightmare experiences with other companies like LoveSpace). So I really recommend AZ movers.

Very communicative and affordable. Helpful with pick-up and drop-off, keeping constant updates throughout to maintain assurance about the safety of your belongings. Would definitely recommend :)

Job well done! Arrived on time and helpful, friendly team. Worked hard and way lower cost than other quotes. Moving house is pretty stressful, but I think we got this bit right.
