Do not order from this store I have not received order please be aware, when you try to contact company no response I also had no help from Shop I agree with other review they should be held responsible to, will not use Shop again either. When searching Babyhyo I am now for some reason being redirected to a site called Giggles who sell similar items, I would research before purchasing from them too, as maybe scam to as I tried to ring them for help however pre recorded message advised me to contact bank and phone seemed to be slammed down. Shocking

Scam!! They took our money and the item was never received. I contacted the company and they agreed to a refund, which was never actioned and now they are not replying. This company is a scam, please do not buy from them.

I ordered a children’s toy from babyhyo.com (Order #1045) for £34.99 and never received my item.

Payment was taken immediately, and I received an order confirmation, which made the website appear legitimate at first. However, after waiting, my order never arrived. I contacted the company to ask for an update but received no response at all.

The biggest red flag is that the website has now completely disappeared, and there is no way to contact the seller anymore. This strongly suggests that the site was set up to take payments without delivering goods.

Based on my experience, I believe this is an online shopping scam. I would strongly advise others not to order from this website.

I am now in the process of reporting this to the relevant authorities and my bank.

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter and it didn't arrive, no response to my emails and the website is down. Clearly a scam and SHOP should also be held accountable for letting these people trade via their website.

Ordered a toy for my daughter, chased up the non-delivery, no response. The website is suddenly not available today.

This morning a weird usb stick was delivered, with no details attached to it so reading the other reviews this is how they operate. It's all signed with the SHOP app who don't seem to vet these businesses and don't help customers who are scammed through their portal.

Scammers. Check the phone number they’ve put on. It’s a hardware store in Blackpool, not even associated with them.
