My Backabuddy Campaign was very easy to set up. Backabuddy was user friendly with good support. A nice trustworthy platform to be part of.

Their system and their customer service are both 5-star. Even once when I lost my cool due to a misunderstanding on my part they kept their cool, and to my embarrassment dealt ever so courteously with my tantrum. We requested an interim emergency payment of part of the money, which they acceded to with alacrity. And when it was time for the monthly payment the payout was correctly calculated to the last cent. If your cause is good, and you're social media savvy, BackaBuddy will take care of the rest with great professionalism.

I started an independent campaign to raise funds for a new power wheelchair. The old one was no longer working after 20+ years. Family members and friends immediately showed their support, together with people I have never met - THANK YOU SO MUCH. Besides their generous support, BackaBuddy provided a seamless, professional, compassionate service from the start. This platform provided me with the help I needed, and I recommend their services to anyone who needs help. Sterling service. THANK YOU, TOO.

Amazing experience. I am partially disabled from an autoimmune disease. To help me get around I use a knee scooter. I'd found an old used one to see if it would work. It did, but was worn out and I decided I needed a newer one better suited to my needs after a few months. I found a newer used one but it was considerably more than the old one.

While I can sustain myself, just, the newer one was a reach too far. I mentioned this to a friend who suggested crowdfunding for it. I didn't realize my journey had touched my friends so deeply. Within a mere 4 hours they had raised enough to not only get me a brand new one but to more than put a big dent into the cost of couriering it to me from the USA.

Back a buddy kept in touch every step of the way and making it easy for my friends to help me out .

BackaBuddy is an amazing initiative where they use crowd funding to assist multiple causes and needs. Our Grandson was biorn with a severe heart defect and had his first heart operation at only 2 weeks old and the second heart operation just now at 5 and a half months old. The campaine already assisted us with almost half the funds we need. Well done BackaBuddy!

On 1 June I advised them that a 4th deduction was made when only 3 donations were requested. I have sent about 9 emails, and the same reply.. someone will contact you. The amount is R1081.00, so it is not petty cash. What are my options? Small claims court? Emails sent to :- queries, vetting, verification and finance @backabuddy.

Not very transparent and upfront. I'm struggling to get a payout and reply from them. No response to my emails.
I started a campaign to raise some funds towards buying a cheap little house. I didn't reach my target. So now they asking me a proof of an offer to purchase for a house... which is ridiculous because I haven't even made a quarter of the total. So how can I make an offer to purchase. Not a good experience. It should have been in their conditions before accepting such a campaign. Fake, really

How can I ever thank Back a buddy and the team (particularly Zay-yaan, Carla and Monique).
