Having today successfully completed an agreement I write to compliment Tiffany, Michelle and Paul on a very professionally executed transaction which from the start was accompanied with great charm and skill. Without them there really wouldn’t have an deal. Michelle demonstrated calm and perseverance in the face of an IT/AI meltdown whilst Tiffany ensured that everyone worked to a successful conclusion. The business is fortunate to have such a skilled and professional team which is refreshing and in contrast to so much of what is now prevalent in the business of service delivery. Congratulations !

Working with Tiffany at B&C was great. Communication was clear and prompt and answered all our questions honestly and to the point- it was a very nice process despite the chaos of Renting in London!

I've been renting with B&C Properties for less than 6 months at 104 Grayston House.
The move in started fine, but after finding a mold issue that removed the use of my closet things have gone downhill.
In two months they have not fixed the problem and not offered any rental discount and being told that if I don't like it I can move.

Looking for an apartment in London can be stressful, but my husband and I have been lucky to find a property with B&C Properties. From the first instance, they are been really professional. We had our first viewing with Tiffany, who replied our emails really fast, and soon set up a viewing. She explained everything really well and gave us all the details about the accommodation. We really liked the property and when we wanted to make an offer, she quickly sent all the information, so we could start the process as soon as possible. Then we met Michelle, the property manager of B&C Properties, who guided us through the reference process and made the process easy and straightforward. We really want to give credit to Tiffany and Michelle, who responded to us, even outside working hours, and this is something really rare to find nowadays in letting agencies. Thank you for everything from Zack and Ami, you deserve the five stars!

Michelle provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process of referencing and securing my apartment. I highly recommend B&C, and I give them a 5-star rating!

A great local property agent, with very friendly staff! Especially Tiffany Francis the manager is very helpful and willing to go out of her way!

As a landlord, I had an amazing experience working with Tiff recently to let out our property. She made the process so easy and dealt with it all in a timely manner. She communicated relevant updates as and when and made the process stress free. I would highly recommend Tiff and B&C to anyone wanting to let out their properly.

The renting process was simple, quick and positive. My issue with this firm the fees that it tried to impose when leaving citing the AST, when it’s not there.

Unfortunate that an otherwise positive experience has end in a dispute. Perhaps B&C should read their own AST before forcing a dispute.

Response to B&C: This is not Alice. The DPS decision shows that you were wrong. Frankly an apology is due from you. You make claims that simply aren’t reflected in the AST. I still can’t believe that B&C expected us to pay a percentage for a period where there is another tenant in the property. Utterly incredible.

I was looking to move quickly, and applied for viewings across many properties. However B&C were the first to reply and seemed to actually be interested in helping me out rather than just forcing a property on me or making it feel like I was doing them a favour !

Being shown round the property by Shaquille, he was not pushy at all, made me feel welcome and we just chatted normally about the property, even helping move a sofa to see what layout works best. I never felt I was being sold too, which actually made me more willing to go with B&C. Really cool guy.

Since putting offer on, I’ve been kept up to date, asked for input ie signing docs and paying monies, but it’s all done via a great online portal and gentle email comms from Michelle.

The best rent experience I’ve had.

Oh and also, very quick. It’s been a just over a week and these guys have worked hard sorting everything out and being accommodating, without being pushy, without making me feel rushed and without forcing anything.

Brilliant experience. Will be straight back to these guys if I need too.
