If I could give this company a rating of 0 I would. Stay away from this company. There products are junk. They do not stand by there products. They sell to Walmart and if you need to make a complaint about missing parts they tell you to contact walmart. Walmart tells you to contact Bailey about parts missing. I guess they don't have quality control before they ship there junk out the door. STAY AWAY FROM PRODUCTS sold by this company save yourself the headache's & stress. And check out BBB on them. I know I will also be contacting them about the run around I got. And still NO PARTS!!

I purchased some lights. I had them for 38 days. It took that long for my electrician to come check out my job and I needed the lights on site when he arrived. Well they weren't going to work out so I emailed Baileys Home Street. They didn't reply for 5 days until I emailed again and they said sorry you are outside your 30 days return policy. THIRTY DAYS?! Come on in this day and age with construction 30 days isn't reasonable. They suggested I sell them online - nope that's your job - not mine. They offered a discount but they are a big problem and I will never spend another dime at this place. I don't think I would take product for free. Buyer beware its underhanded practices.

Although Bailey Street Home Posts FREE RETURNS, HASSLE FREE RETURNS, They REFUSE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING even though my items were almost $600 and it has been nothing but a COMPLETE HASSLE. I reached out 4 times (3 via email and one phone call) for a return label and I was dismissed each time. The product was also advertised incorrectly and after telling them I already re-boxed and taped the items securely for shipping, Princess requested for me to unpack it to take a picture before she could initiate the return process. The lamp was FALSELY ADVERTISED having wrong shade color and a very light breakable glass base which will hardly stay on the table and is a major tipping and thus safety hazard. A picture cannot prove this weight? NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bailey Street Home hides their return policy but has posted on every page, under each item, on their home page, on Google listing and verbally tell you that they offer a 100% guarantee, FREE RETURNS, HASSLE FREE RETURNS. Not so...They refuse to pay return shipping and even told me they were doing me a favor taking back a brand new item. They make up their return policy as they go. They told BBB they only pay returns on orders over $200 but don't state this anywhere easily visible. 2 employees I spoke with told me they would not pay the return, as written, bc the mfg did not pay return shipping and that BSH was doing me a favor letting me return this item.
