WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BAISI WIGS!
WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BAISI WIGS!! If it were possible I would have given these crooks a ZERO! The wig I ordered was supposed to be "silver grey" human hair, instead I received a White wig that looks like dolls hair!! I sent several messages before they finally responded with telling me it would cost me 30.00 to return the wig *& I won't see my refund for several months. They are Chinese so they don't do customer service, they never do. All they do is go back & forth with you. I should've known better, but I really like the wig. This is the latest message from them.
"Hi dear
Sorry for the inconvenience caused
We will report it to our factory and improve it in the future
We will arrange the $20 refund for you as the compensation if you can keep the hair and we promise that we will apply the best discount for you in your next order
is this ok"
This is an insult because WHY would I ever order from them again.

Don’t buy
If only there is a way to rate this shitty company a zero I would. I’m fuming and pissed off right now. They are currently telling me to pay more $20 to clear the ugly wig return with their chstoms after I paid a whole £23 to send this back to them. Don’t buy unless you want to get stressed I don’t recommend this company. This was after they forced me to keep the ugly hair and I refused. Instructions for return were poorly worded, all rubbish. Baisiwig I want my full refund today I don’t care how you will make this happen or I will escalate this for you I promise I will !

Crocked Company took my money
I paid for 2 human hair wigs..they sent me 2 synthetic ones. I contact them and asked for refund. They said to return the wigs and I will get my money. I sent them back had to pay for that. They said they didn't get it. I sent them a copy of the receipt with the tracking number ..they said they did not get it again they took my money and got back the wigs. Refuse to do right about it. THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL AND WILL NOT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXTS. THEY TOOK MY MONEY GOT BACK THE WIGS AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES....SO THEY GOT AWAY WITH my money and the two pitiful little wigs that I would not let a money wear to a ZEBRA fight...

My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, the wigs look nothing like the pictures on the website. I paid for a return label in advance, the wigs are entirely too big for my head . I have been emailing the company since Sunday. That’s when the wigs were delivered. I’m still waiting for a response, I took pics and sent to the company like they asked. No response!!
Do not order from this company I believe that it’s a scam. The hair was listed as human hair, I’ve never seen any 100 % human hair look like the trash that I received. No one seems to respect honesty these days, karma knocks on everyone’s door. Do not throw your money away buying from baisi wigs. TOTAL SCAM!!

For the wig cap size, because we did not receive your note to make the small wig cap size, then we sent the medium wig cap for you, wish get your understanding, but we have the elastic band inside, it will make more stable, wish you will have a try!
And our hair is 100% human hair, because it can be heat and dyed, or you also can cut a little hair to do the burn test, then you will know it is the 100% human hair.

The wig wasn’t even what was on the…
The wig wasn’t even what was on the picture on website. It’s awful! It was hair that was brushed up which isn’t very long and hair extensions wrapped around the top of it pinned with hairpins! The hair don’t even feel human. I wasted my money on this purchase

Do not waste your money or time. The hair had terrible smell when it arrived. I requested a refund, they went back and forth, offering me a discount for future purchases, I declined, they than told me wig could get lost, and finally provided me a bus station address to return. I’ve never had this experience, they should not be able to do business with US A This company is a total rip off and joke.
