Not crushed
This is the third time I ordered and I find most oats are not crushed. Compared to the previous purchases (first was mostly crushed and second was half-crushed), I don’t know whether this is a QC issue or change to processing. Honestly I prefer half-crushed for easy digestion.

After repeatedly requesting a VAT…
After repeatedly requesting a VAT invoice for maize flour we still have had no response. Every email and avenue tried but still no response. We will be reporting to HMRC next week as we need VAT invoices for our accounting.
