I love bakedbags but I recently purchased the vapes (both the 1 and 2 grams) and I just recently opened the two gram one and it was pulling great the first time but now it doesn’t pull at all. It’s brand new so it’s not as if I ran out, it’s charged and everything idk hopefully the 1 gram will be better

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I purchased an item from this website as a gift. Initially, I was going to pay via PayPal, but the seller claimed they had exceeded PayPal’s maximum payment limit and asked me to do a bank transfer instead. I completed the bank transfer, and then the seller claimed there was an additional shipping fee of £23. They told me I had to pay this via a Steam gift card and provided a code, which I gave them (I know, I know- I’m already beating myself up over this).

After this, I was contacted by someone claiming to be a courier, saying that the package could not be released without paying £120 for “postal stamps”, which they said would be partially refundable. The messages came via WhatsApp from an international number, and they sent a fake invoice via a third-party invoicing site. I refused to pay, blocked, and reported them as a scam.

The seller then attempted to pressure me further, claiming that all customers pay these fees and threatening that if I didn’t pay, I would not receive the package: “It would be lost. Then you’re on your own”. This is a classic advance-fee scam. No legitimate small business or courier operates this way.

Bottom line: This website is a scam. They will take payments via unsafe methods, invent additional fees, and coordinate with fake couriers to try to extract more money. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this site.

SCAM! BEWARE! Friend placed a large $100+ order for us both before the holidays and was told there might be a delay and they would just arrive later, we thought no biggie. It has been almost a month later with multiple emails exchanged with the most generic bot sounding replies saying they would look into, wait for the tracking to update for a few days, and then maybe wait even longer after that. We then reached out for a refund after the 2 week mark with no tracking updates at all and they have totally ghosted, 0 more response from CS at all. Friend had to contact bank to dispute the charge. Will be filing a complaint with BBB

Expect it to come late or not at all

I ordered 2 bags weeks before Thanksgiving for a trip to TRF. They said shipped, they were not. I responded, they said they’d reship.

It’s currently Friday, January 6th. I got 1 bag

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They false advertise by saying it’s BOGO free but after you order they only send one. Then the tracking is inaccurate as the tracking says the product is delivered when in fact it’s not. When you reach out to CS they tell you to wait 48 hours to see if you will get the order. Never mentioned a refund causing me to have to dispute the charge with my bank

Crappy customer service!

The products I ordered were pretty good (I ordered the cookie dough sampler and watermelon gummies) although I don't like the watermelon bites as much, but apparently my order was made to be a reoccurring shipment. I was not aware of that when I ordered these products. Now I have another order on the way of the same products that I personally didn't know about. I have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and I got mixed answers and I had to repeatedly tell them I want to cancel my current order. First, they told me I had to spend $40 more to make it an even $100 to get a refund. I instantly ended the chat with that because that is fishy as hell. Then, I left an email stating the same thing. I opened up another support chat to see if I could help me a bit better than the first time, they told me I could get a refund after I showed them proof of this purchase. About 10 minutes later I get an email saying I cannot get a refund because they already started packing up the order (same day I got the confirmation email saying I ordered again). At this point, I've contacted them AT LEAST THREE TIMES about this situation and I'm STILL waiting for another damn email confirming I cancelled my "subscription". I never made an account with this company and somehow I got "subscribed"? I'm honestly so confused and irritated right now because of this situation. This order was $56.87. I feel like this website was a complete scam!!!

Tried ordering their products

Tried ordering their products, and now I’m basically £100 pound worse off as it never went through, however as it was done doing crypto I cannot get back my money, tried contacting the company via their website email both the uk and American and also through telegram, no reponse received even though I have seen that they are online, avoid this company as it is a scam.

Product tasted good. Issue was the first time I ordered two. They only gave me one popcorn. I reach out to customer service. There customer service is TERRIBLE. They asked me for a picture of a product I did not receive. How do you take a picture of something you were never gave? I ordered THREE more products from them (mind you I've spent over $100 with this company.) Once again reach out to customer service because I did not get any of the THREE items I ordered. They said they already shipped it. USPS says awaiting item on the tracking and has been stuck like that for a week. They once again do NOTHING to help and just are rude. Would not recommend. I wasted so much of my money on this crap.

Oh, that happens, says customer service.

Their shipping method leaves much to be desired, just as their customer service does. Instead of shipping it via priority in the summer, with the summer heat, they ship it as a standard parcel with USPS, which can take up to 10 days in some cases. Ours went from CO to WA, with a typical 2-day transit time, but it kept getting pushed back more and more, sitting in CO for days. Reached out to customer service; they said, 'Wait, sorry.' Today, I got an email stating it was delivered. Checked the box, checked the front porch, and checked the Ring Cam. No delivery. Reached out to the neighbors, nothing. Reached out to customer service, again, "Oh, that can happen. Wait two more days."
Needless to say, not impressive and shit logistics and customer service. Even paid for the no-questions-asked shipping protection. Nope, they won't invoke it to resolve the problem. I have to keep waiting.
I can clearly see how they have terrible reviews on this site.

They had great customer service

They had great customer service! The gummies tasted amazing as well as getting me absolutely gobsmacked after like, 2 gummies. Honestly 9/10 would use again! Only downside was that it took them a while to get my order shipped out to me and that there was a kinda weird aftertaste of THC even after eating.

Will NEVER buy from them again!

Will probably NEVER buy from them again. I can get more stoned off of a single hit from a pen then I do with these. Save your money and just get carts from a dispensary or make edibles yourself. They also never return an email once you prove them wrong nor do they make it right on what you prove besides editing the website. Keep your money, away from this joke of a business!
