Will NEVER buy from them again!
Will probably NEVER buy from them again. I can get more stoned off of a single hit from a pen then I do with these. Save your money and just get carts from a dispensary or make edibles yourself. They also never return an email once you prove them wrong nor do they make it right on what you prove besides editing the website. Keep your money, away from this joke of a business!

Over charge with extra fees
I've been a customer for over a year. I only use at night to help sleep. Baked bags doesn't give a hoot about customers. I've emailed them several times with ordering issues. I'll get an auto reply saying I'll get a reply but nothing ever comes. Recently I tryed ordering on a promo and now they add a $4 tracking charge, which should be an option, on top of shipping. Before I knew it my $19.99 item was $32. Total rip off. Time to buy from a better company. Don't buy from Baked Bags. Total rip off with suck customer service....actually NO customer service.

The products are actually great
The products are actually great, it’s the lack customer service and delivery that’s terrible. USPS keeps losing the order and saying it’s delivered. I have been waiting since January 27 2025 for a order and then it’s replacement order #188069. At this point I am feeling ripped off and out a total of $80+

After this e-mail confirming my
purchase I recieved another one saying my order was cancelled so I wrote a few times to customer service to understa what was going on, and ask for a new welcome coupon because I was not able to rebuy the itens in same condition.
They are just sending me macros respounses saying the problem was in the payment card but this is not true.
I payed the order with my debit card and the debit was made on my account withought any refound till today
