I have ordered from this reliable and well-established company, now, for several years and their products are almost always of the best quality and extremely well-packaged! The only proviso I would add is that I would like them to make their packages letter-box friendly so that I'm not stuck indoors waiting for them to arrive. After all, we all have busy lives and would rather be doing other things, wouldn't we! Lol!
But thank you for the Agrimony & the Sage Herbs; they make a delicious brew and I feel thoroughly refreshed after consuming them in hot water!

First-class long-established herbalists and their recommendations can be taken with confidence.

I like to purchase remedies from their website but I have mixed feelings about their herbs. I have had to double check herbs and contraindication, plus staff has limited knowledge about provenance, parts of herbs used and for what purpose, etc. They offer free consultations but poorly process the deposit refund and responses to recommended herbs are slow coming. I think they lack capacity. I think there are more knowledgeable herbalists elsewhere. Still a good website with some great products.

I had shopped here for years and was very happy with them but they don’t package their items properly for shipping. Mine were damaged and they refused a refund or even credit. Really horrible customer service now :( such a shame.

The service was excellent and my order was sent via Royal Mail with their tracked 48 hours delivery. Whether you visit the store, or shop by telephone customers always receive courteous service. The staff have great experience and expertise and can always provide customers with great advice and information. You can also book a free appointment for a consultation with a trained herbalist who will give you the benefit of their training and experience to focus on any question you have concerning your health and offer treatment and advice. Baldwins have been trading for over 150 years and their herbs, essential oils, vitamins and ancillary products are of the finest quality at very competitive prices. I recommend Baldwins to anyone interested in herbs, essential oil, natural remedies, and healing without any reservation. They are quite simply a great company with great products and customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service, G.Balwin came to the rescue when another supplier let me down at the last minute, not only did they have the product (Which is very hard to get in the UK in ready made form), they also offered next day delivery at a very reasonable cost, arrived this morning perfectly supplied and packed, what isn't there to love whan you get top quality service and product from same company, thank you G.Baldwins

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Genuinely concerned with health and healing and their customers; not just making money out of herbs and paying lip service to alternative health. Wouldn't go anywhere else having lived in London for 62 years - priced competitively as well.

They don't know what farms their herbs come from, they just blindly trust their suppliers without doing checks. That's really worrying! The herbs could be contaminated, contain heavy metals or be of the lowest quality and they woudn't know because they don't do the checks themselves.

Absolutely love this company . I have ordered lots over the years. I am always impressed with the variety of stock available online . Especially organic herbs . Everything I have received has been high quality .

Baldwins are absolutely amazing! Their products are top quality, and when I ordered my items online, they arrived on time. I will continue to shop with them for sure.

Won't use again, I ordered a big order, everything said in stock, next day no!! Only 2 items out of 6 then 4 items from 6 ordered , but the website still said "in stock", I was refunded the items "not in stock" but not the delivery charge and I wanted them before Christmas, so I got 6 items instead of 12 a waste of paying £5.99 delivery, today the website still says on stock!!! Wish I'd read the reviews before!

In my efforts to sort out the mis-addressing of my items....by the company ,I was offered a refund for only one of the two orders purchased.....despite having sent a screenshot of my account with orders listed.....
Also Baldwins have deducted the price of postage from my refund for items I have not received......will total £10.00......!!! have registered a formal complaint

I ordered two sets of items.Both were 'undeliverable' by Royal Mail as my address on the Baldwins system was incomplete....although complete in my own account......Items will have now to be returned to Sender and re-mailed.....Customer service person was tetchy and dismissive...no understanding of my frustration.Will ask for a refund and find a company with better trained Customer service staff....

My order was sent out on time, but unfortunately I was not advised it was in transit, I was not in, and the courier did not leave a card to say they had been, or where the order was located.
I got in touch with Baldwins to ask where the order was, and they advised me it had been sent out several days earlier. They managed to locate where it was, and had it returned to them, then it was sent out by Parcel Post to me. I received it today 11/12/24
From my original Email, which was answered the same morning, to subsequent follow ups, I could not fault the service or the helpful, polite, and patient attitude of the person I dealt with. A credit to Baldwins. The service was 101% no such %, but justified none the less.
I am now in the process of ordering for my daughter as a surprise for her.

Probably not for everything, but I like it for my DIY needs. Always good selection of glass jars and bottles for my DIY sprays and aroma things! Good quality essential oils, too. Delivery was quick and efficient.

We have been regularly ordering from Baldwin's for a couple of years. The range of products and quality of service are always excellent.

This is the second order I have received from Baldwins in which items were damaged. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this organisation, but you want me to return an opened bag of fennel seeds which have of course been disposed of. I ordered a 500g bag, for which most of the contexts was inside the box and I was offered a 25g replacement, despite the original packaging being opened. It is unsanitary to use opened food items. Safe to say I will not be shopping with you again.

I called to enquire about the herbalist appointment. A woman called Sarah answered my call. When I asked if the process was the same for continued appointments, she mocked me, I asked her to not be so disrespectful and that I had a disability, as to which she replied “ I can’t see your disability” 2 managers and the company director later, (Stephen Dagnell)whom all patronised me and gaslit me. If you want to deal with emotionally stunted people with no respect or accountability then baldwins is for you.

I placed an order with Baldwin's before the 19th September, it was over £70 pounds ! Apparently ( for my saftey) royal mail tracking...that the customer can not track ! By the 26th STILL no order. A person named Duc ! Complaining to me like my missing order is my place to find out where it went missing ! I had wanted the order re-sending...but received such complaing and whinging He then TOLD me IT'S A REFUND THEN. As if it were His buisness and out of his pocket ! I would never recommend Baldwin's Or use ever again ! What happened to customer service ?
