I made a very last minute booking through Balkan Holidays, and I was pleasantly surprised with how organised they were. From the rep at the airport all the way through to transfers back and forth from Sofia were very well organised. Also the customer service reps beforehand was really good, very responsive and clear with the communication. I would definitely recommend using this company and would certainly use them again in the future without hesitation

Booked ski holiday to Bulgaria and found helpfulness varies depending on who you speak to on the telephone.

Booking was straight forward and information was provided in a clear manner.

My first visit to Bulgaria, and the ski resort of Pamporovo, could not have gone very much better at all. Brilliant staff at the airports, and Margarita, our rep, handled everything the week threw up with calmness, clearness, brilliance, and warmth.
Hotel Prespa was a lovely place to stay, competent, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, good rooms, and a good range of foods at both breakfast and dinner.

Pamporovo ski resort was a very fun place, good snow, good runs and beautiful scenery. Quick lifts and not too much queuing (holiday taken at the beginning of Feb).

Very nice hotel and staff. Great snow in resort and great conditions. Very efficient and helpful driver, Ivo, who took us to and from the slopes and helpful and friendly rep, Margarita.

The price for everything was great, compared to other ski companies. Booking everything online altogether, Hotel, Flights, Ski Package, was so convenient and easy

Has ing been to Bansko many times in the past we knew what to expect. But we changed from a hotel to affinity apartments. Which was a success. Basic but much more space than a hotel room.
Food was basic and tepid, but I warmed it up further with a microwave. Hotel prices were cheapest in Bansko. I always book via Balkan holidays for the priority gondola pass. Invaluable if you had to wait in the queue.

Good company, great experience

Great booking experience and much cheaper than Jet2. I hope the holiday is just as easy.
