We received exceptional service during very difficult times. Susan answers all enquiries personally and promptly. We had our wonderful Egg pram delivered and cannot express how happy we are with it. We will most certainly be using Bambinista regularly.
Cannot wait to shop in store too from April 12th:)

Great service from Susan from start to finish! I've purchased a beautiful teddy bear for my nephew with international delivery to Spain. To unsurprised, only 3 short days later and the eddy bear arrived in Spain:) highly recommend Bambinista both for great quality and great customer care. Thanks again!

Fantastic service provided by Susan and the Bambinista team. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our pram. Communication was super impressive taking into account I live in Hong Kong, I highly recommend you use their services!

Your order was dispatched less than 24hrs after placed it, and unfortunately was delayed / lost en route. We have experienced a couple of issues with orders to Netherlands as the postal service there is a bit delayed.

Apologies for missing your email sent last week. Unfortunately due to Coronavirus, all my staff are on Furlough and I am running the entire business on my own, and also trying to work from home whilst looking after my toddler. No excuse for not replying to you email however, but we are in some very challanging times!
We do pay for returns of any products that are faulty / damaged, but unfortunately we don't offer free returns for incorrect orders or if a customer changes their mind as this is extreamly expensive and as a small business, I am not able to offer this service.
