Hi Jane, You placed an order and are still waiting for it to be delivered. I replied to your email within 3 working days which included weekend! Like any other business asking you to please wait till you receive the parcel and send it back to receive a full refund is standard practice. We simply cannot just refund you as you please.
We cannot issue you a refund if the order is on the way to you. There are certain procedures. Receive the order, send it back and you will be refunded the full amount, minus the shipping. As its not our fault you changed your mind

Loved this brand since day 1. Great ethics, awesome products and wicked style. Never had a problem shopping with them and always been stoked with my order. Spend half my days fully-cladded, head to toe, in my banana clothes! 🤘

Quality Socks
Love these guys at Banana Industries. Price point seem ridiculously cheap, especially considering the quality of garment I receive. Every time too. Bought a few new pairs of socks this time round, all super soft & well comfy. Keep at it guys, you’re crushing it ✌🏻❤️🙏🏻
