This website is a big joke to me I signed up and no responses. People is all about looking for band members and no action. If your not serious about looking for band members don't sign up!!.

Found top musicians through Bandmix and have now formed a band thanks to this site. Can't recommend highly enough.

I moved to my location from another state and didn't know anyone. BandMix just fell in my lap one day when I was on the net. I took a chance and created an account. It was really easy to create an account, post photos and even videos. It didn't take long before I started to get some interest. Then one day I got a message and an invitation for an audition. I GOT IT!!!! This is the band I have been looking for my whole life. It was like divine intervention. Thank you BandMix. You have made it possible for me to live my dreams.

Estos son unos listos: se aprovechan de gente que quiere tocar en grupos para venderles un "TINDER" para músicos.
Desde el minuto 1 te venden que te pases a Premium, que al final te va a dar igual que pagues, porque si la mayoría de gente no paga, aunque les escribas ellos no van a poder leer.
Me parece que esta web no busca dar un servicio y si eso, ganar dinero generando valor. No, lo que buscan es sacarte pasta sin darte un servicio y por el camino vender tus datos al mejor postor.

Great app for meeting musicians in your town. I've met a lot of talented players through bandmix and recommend it for anyone who is starting a new project or wants to join a group. Gotta pay to contact is the only downside, but it's easy to use and works well.

Pagar 10 euros al mes para poder enviar mensajes, y tener alojamiento para 50 fotos? de verdad? la opcion gratuita es basura.

Rip off. Very expensive. The basic membership is absolutely useless. There are very good free alternatives.

Bandmix is probably a scam, got their premium plus membership so I could see if people read the messages I sent for like $18 a month. I sent out numerous messages, sometimes several to the same people. Even says they were active "within 24 hours" but all messages showing as unread. I could understand not replying maybe but every single one showed as unread for their "active members". After about 4 months of "premium" membership and sending out messages every few days I decided it was a giant waste of money, I put a Kijiji ad up and 2 days later I have people wanting to play. Not 4 months and $70 of my money later.

No vale para nada. No más que para que pongas unas fotos de cuando hayas tocado para publicidad en la Red. No puedes hacer nada si no eres premium y pagas... y barato no es. Una enorme decepción. Inútil.

I signed up at the end of 2019 and didn't really use it right away. WIth Covid hitting, it seemed like a waste. However, a couple of months ago I just started getting all of these mesages and found two groups to play with locally here and there. I had to hide my profile for now to stop the messages since we are busy. Good luck to everyone out there getting back on stage!

Super great resource material for professionals and novice alike, to find other bands, to find like minded musicians. i highly recommend this site for any budding and pros out there.

ive sent over 30 messages out to "active" and supposedly new profiles in the last year and have not received a single response... seems a bit useless to me... law of average would dictate that id get at least one response if the site were legit or if it is then inactive profiles were removed

I was only looking and stopped at pay now did not pay did not join BUT my profile was on bandmix without my knowledge or permission. I joined and found many profiles on site are derelict they do not exist people have cancelled long ago but their profiles are still on bandmix. The site is a fraud full of non existent profiles that bandmix does not remove even when people quit.

The website is a little clunky, and I think paying is the only way to communicate (unless you put an email address in your free profile, wink wink), but overall this is a great site for connecting with local musicians.

My band True Soul has been together about 13 years. After Covid 19, several members were reluctant to continue. Thanks to Bandmix, we've been able to fill in the blanks and to become an even tighter unit with dedicated, multitalented musicians.

This site worked well for me! I quickly found a great sax player for our band! I would give 5 stars but I found there were only a handful of active accounts for what I was looking for. This is probably not the fault of the site but rather the area I’m in.
