Finally got a reply to my support ticket in September! It's JUNE now. I figured out the issue on my own ages ago, and all of a sudden the devices are reporting a license issue. What in the actual heck!

UPDATE: I wrote back inquiring about the license issue that had rendered our hardware unusable and a 5 business days later still have NO REPLY. No surprise, might get one by 2027 at the rate they are going!

Nicole Igra called me on a late afternoon stating that there was an issue with the item I had placed an online order for. She explained to me that the item could only be ordered in a minimum quantity that was far too large for the amount we needed.
