Great Price and very thorough fulfillment process! A+

Danielle Meere, who is our account manager, always makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation.

I only wish all my other vendors were as diligent and thorough as Danielle is.

I have always received excellent service from this company, My review is not of them directly. But the carrier they use for delivery. The tracking shows that the package was delivered on Friday but we do not have it. When I went through the steps for them to confirm the delivery, I got a pdf which basically said "it was delivered. There was a date and time of delivery but no delivery address. So now I have to go through a 5-7 period for FedEx to investigate the location of the package. I would have to go to another company because of a third party vendor. And I paid for 2 day shipping.

Chris hung in there cheerfully when we were having problems with our bank sending this transaction to the suspected fraud department.

Been working with Barcodes Inc for several years now. I have had very good experiences with delivery times and product availability. Some prices have been a bit more then what can be found else where online but, as a general rule, they have worked with me to make adjustments where possible. I have spent 10's of thousands probably at this point with Barcodes and would recommend them.
