I had a problem with a control unit for music reading carlights and staff resolved it by
Replacing it at no charge. As a result I bought another set of lights as a gift for a friend.
The lights work as advertised and I am happy to recommend this company .

This is he second 39' long flexible lighting strip I have purchased. It works well - otherwise I would not have bought a second one. However, the control module, - not the power module, has been redesigned. The prior one gave all appearances of being weather proof and has held up. The new one has open wiring and does not appear to have been designed for installation outside.

Product came quickly, the "color" of the light was as described and very easy installation...would (and have) buy again.

LED strips arrived very quickly, were easy to install and look amazing. 100% satisfied.

Have a beam that goes across my living room ceiling, and it has about a 1.5 inch lip on either side of the beam.
Placing the strips down was easy as were the connections between strips.
With the strips on either side, the lights can be on high to light the entire room, or dimmed to very low for indirect mood lighting.
These were by far the best value I found on the web.!!
The next closest price, for the lighting I received,...was more than twice the cost of these.!!

Received my package after a very good discussion with a Bar Lighting rep who indicated a new product was available in strip lighting. I tried it, as it sounded good. I have had excellent experiences in the past with every product purchased. When the soft strip lighting arrived, about 1/3 of the strips didn't light the correct colors when connected to the strip. One didn't light at all. The balance were great, and a more versatile product than the rigid strips. I left a voice mail for Bar Lighting (they were closed at the time), and no one called me back Extremely disappointing, and I am surprised by the lack of response.

The LED strip are now coated with flexible plastic which protects the strip much better.

I contacted LED Bar Lighting about lights for my kitchen and they helped me through the entire project...they even put the order together for me to make sure I ordered the right stuff! Got the order within a few days and installed it within a day. It looks absolutely amazing and now I get countless compliments on my kitchen.

I would use to company in the future to order more acnent lighting.

they didn't ship product until13 days after order was placed

I made the order before one week and I didn't get my order. I waite over 7 days. Also, I contacted them and no body answer me. What can I do?

Did not ship all items that were ordered. No explanation of why they did not include all of the items in the box or VIA email. Unable to get a hold of them by email or phone for multiple business days. Only after I called my credit card to dispute the charges did BarLighting call me back and notify me they were aware they shorted my order. They wanted to "help me" redesign the lighting layout with what I was sent so they wouldn't need to send the parts. Offered no refund for missing parts.

Product arrived in just a few days, easy installation, worked perfectly.

I have several kits on the back of different flatscreens and they are all exceptional. Never once have I had a problem of any kind! Very bright & stunning! And you can mount them anywhere with adhesive or hardware. Perfect!
