I was kept informed of a delay in fulfillment of my order and given the option to continue or cancel. Keeping the customer informed regarding the service experience is very important. Bashs handled this issue admirably.

Took a week to send the items. Missed the window i was ordering for. Tried to contact them for days. Brought this to the sellers attention, they didn't even expedite shipping. If they had over nighted it when they finally responded I would have had them in time.
