Excellent Salesman
I had a very positive experience with the salesman in the Galway store, Abu Jafour. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me choose the right option without being pushy. His excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I'm still waiting on my shower door…
I'm still waiting on my shower door being delivered which was part of my order on the 14th of July. I'm really frustrated as Im on holiday and the person doing the work for me has been waiting and waiting. The actual shower was delivered damaged and I've no idea when a replacement is going to be delivered. I'm very unhappy with the customer service 😕

Brilliant looking tiles and very helpful staff. When a delivery didnt go quite as planned Sarah K was extremely helpful over the phone/by email and made sure it was put right straight away. Ive used them twice now and I would use them again
