I dealt with Jack with regard to a product that I needed to return and get a different one in its place. He and his colleague were very knowledgeable of the stock they carried and the best way to go about the exchange. He followed up with calls and emails to ensure the issue was sorted.

Excellent customer service, but I feel the website products should have more accurate descriptions. Items are good quality and competitively priced, and we will use again.

Cowboys, avoid! Bought a vanity and toilet. Vanity was smashed internally, looked like it had been jammed into the box with someone's boot! Cistern was cracked in the box with the toilet. Bathshack refused to do anything even after I sent them photos as it had been more than 48 hours since I bought them! Avoid at all costs, I would give them a zero if I could! If you buy anything, open it and check it before you accept it! Customer service is worse than useless, all they'll do is offer to sell you a new one! Go to a reputable plumbing supplier and get better quality items, and save yourself a ton of hassle!

Broken neptune shower unit advertised as leak freak. The delivery was made on the day that was arranged. The package was very big as the shower unit came as on verly large unit measuring approx 1m x 1m x 2m. When removing the packaging which was soaked from the rainy weather I noticed a large crack and dent on the inside of the shower. This shower unit is advertised to be leak free and with such a big whole in it it is guaranteed to leak from the get go. My review will change once the shower unit has been replaced with a functional undamaged unit.

I recived my bathroom cabinet from bath shack in the post, when I opened it up I noticed it had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and Jack shorted it out in a few hrs and dispatched a new replacement. Excellent customer service and quality items. I will be using them again.
