Quick efficient service - good product

Good service, quick delivery. But disappointingly, the new battery I bought had only 80% of its capacity left. I had to put it in my laptop anyway, but I'd have thought a new battery could do a bit better than 80%. I've cycled it several times now, and it's still reporting only 80% of its capacity.

Very good service, battery seems to be of very good quality so far, so no complaints. Very pleased.

The replacement battery for our Dell laptop from Battdepot cost far less than expected, was delivered from one end of England to the other within 24 hours of ordering, slotted straight in and works a treat - an easy 5-star rating!

Was delivered very quickly. I have waited a couple of weeks to review and the new battery has functioned very well.

I bought a laptop battery in May 2023 - it died two months ago; no longer charges. Contacted support for a warranty repair/exchange and sent it back on 2/8/24. After many unanswered emails and voicemails, I received an email claiming they hadn't received my battery. Priority mail tracking shows delivery on 2/10/24. I sent the tracking info to them last week, but no further response. The worst customer service ever!

Bought a laptop battery back in July. It died in December, wouldn't charge at all. Contacted support for a warranty repair/exchange. They charged me return shipping. I sent it back to them over a month ago and have not received a single email on whether they received it, will fix, or replace. I contacted support again to follow up three days ago and haven't gotten any response.
Edit: After I wrote this review, they finally responded and told me they never received my return despite the tracking info saying it was delivered Feb 8, just like other reviews said. I sent them that date and the tracking number, and again, no answer. It's been four days since that last email.

It came quick easy to fit put it on charge and so far its lasted me a week. i have used their batteries before and they are still going after 2 years would definitely recommend.

THE WEB SITE WAS WELL PRESENTED, CLEAR IN DETAIL. THE ITEM REQUIRED WAS QUICKLY FOUND AND COULD NOT BE LOCATED ANYWHERE ELSE. IT WAS WORTH PAYING A HIGHER PRICE TO GET THE ORIGINAL BATTERY.
