Well I ordered a battery for my DELL laptop - I was concerned about getting the correct one by not going to DELL - this battery was cheaper also than DELL website - however it arrived in good time - I installed it and it fitted and all going well so far

Bought a generic battery for my laptop and found that it didn’t work fully as expected. Emailed Battdepot for technical support and got reply very quickly. In the end, the battery didn’t work properly on my laptop. Got a full refund (including postage) very quickly. Honest company. Trustworthy.

The battery works really well. There is no problem with Lenovo software attempt to block non Lenovo batteries. Battery life is great.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience purchasing Lenovo ThinkPad batteries from this company. Having bought around 30 batteries, it's alarming to report that approximately 80% of them failed within just six months. This is not only frustrating but also raises serious questions about the quality and reliability of their products. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from them. The lack of durability in their products has significantly inconvenienced me, and I believe potential customers should be aware of these issues before making a decision

We ordered camera batteries in Aug 2023 and tried to use them last week in January. The two batteries seemed to charge when we received them, but when we tried to actually use the cameras with these batteries for the first time 5 months later, neither battery would work. I would expect that these were worn out old batteries, not new ones.
