Never received battery.

Ordered laptop battery on Nov. 25,2023. They said it was shipped on Nov 27,2023. I called DHL and the USPS and they never received it. They are not taking online orders at this time. Avoid at all costs. Their site has been hacked.

Easy to find the correct battery for my laptop

I found it very difficult searching the web for the correct battery for my laptop until I found the BattDepot site. Putting my laptop model number into so many of the other sites resulted in them showing completely the wrong battery! However, the BattDepot site allowed me to not ony enter the model number but also the version number to get the right battery, with clear pictures of it so that I could be sure that it was the same shape as the original battery. I placed the order and the battery arrived very quickly. I can't say how reliable is the battery yet. I'll come back next year to tell you if it's still working.

Job done

I searched for a replacement laptop battery, found it at a reasonable price, ordered and paid for it. It was delivered reasonably swiftly, I installed it, and it worked. What else is there to say? It is how the world should work, but sometimes doesn't.
