I received the battery really quick so excellent customer service plus the added comfort a warranty which always means that the supplier is selling a good product.

I ordered a battery from this website because it seemed to help me get the right one for an old laptop and it was in the UK. The fact that there was stock and the delivery time was short encouraged me. The battery arrived safely but I still had problems with charging my laptop. When I emailed to report that the battery was not fully charging, I was rung back within a day and given practical advice. Now the battery is working well. Thank you to Battdepot.

Well they do ship the Northern Ireland, so that's nice.

However, premium shipping is not DPD/UPS as stated, it is Hermes. I am still awaiting delivery 3 days after dispatch. I paid for the premium service and received the standard shipping. I am not impressed.

Battdepot themselves are very good. The battery I ordered is great and was dispatched quickly. My only problem was with the courier service they used.
