I purchased a laptop battery with a 2 year warranty.
After 18 months, it died completely. I received an RMA number and free shipping label.

That was almost 4 months ago !!!

I have bought many batteries in the past and referred clients, but what's the point if they don't stand behind their warranty or respond to inquiries.

I am very disappointed...

I am in the US and tried to order a power cord for my laptop. The US branch is located in Bellingham Washington. First they sent the wrong cord. Second they denied that they'd ever received the cord back. I proved that they had received it with the tracking. Lastly they promised me a refund that never showed up. This is a completely incompetent and unethical company.

i found battdepot very helpful!!,after trying to get a battery from Amazon,and was told we dont deliver there.just because were a small island off Portsmouth,we still need things.Full marks to battdepot for stepping up.Thank you!!!

Good speedy delivery and the battery is fine.

Battery arrived very quickly. Very happy with the whole experience.

No battery. Don’t even deserve one star.
Order tracked all the way but what arrived is an empty envelope with a form saying thank you for buying from Battdepot UK online. Cheek!
Failure isn’t acceptable.
The envelope was not tampered with so Battdepot have a big problem at despatch - a 100% failure.

My laptop battery arrived on time. It was easy to install and works a treat. If I ever need another battery I will get it from Battdepot.

Great place if you want a battery to last about three months. And with 80% 5 star ratings you know what type of service you’re in for.

Bought a battery in June lasted to September. Never was able to get the runtime out of the new battery. After I had a total failure of the battery I took the battery apart and surprisingly it was not the cells, but the chip inside the battery that had failed.

This stuff is just garbage. Read the warranty. they warranty everything except for the function of a battery.

They did respond to this review, which I was surprised with. And I did send back the battery. Getting emails response from them is brutal. They never sent me new battery using the excuse they took the battery apart, but I told them that before I sent it in and they send me the return info so that was not an issue at that time.

Best thing is to move on from this company and the companies that are subsidiaries.

Do a Google on these guys it is a disaster. Even BBB has a bad rating on these guys.

I have purchased a new battery for my laptop. The battery perfectly fits and the product’s price is the best I could find.

I had a bit of an issue (not caused by the product itself) as this was my first time replacing my battery alone, however, as soon as I have messaged their customer care team, they quickly advised and the problem was solved.
So that’s a big plus for me when it comes about after-purchase service.

Also they offer standard shipping and fast shipping, which is very good because if you need your order very quick (or you don’t trust EVRi, as me) you would only pay a small fee extra and you will have your order securely delivered in about two days.

Bottom line is that I would highly recommend them and definitely I would buy again from them.

The battery arrived very soon after ordering and the courier was courteous. The battery worked well after fully charging and is still working well after about a month. I haven't needed to use the company's after sales service so don't yet feel I can award 5 stars.

Battery supplied did not match the one ordered and not compatible with my Laptop. They did not have stock of the correct battery so it cost me postage both ways and I still had to find an alternative supplier.

Easy to order and happy with replacement laptop battery which was competitively priced and higher capacity than others I researched
