I bought a battery 126 AH & one of the…
I bought a battery 126 AH & one of the cells was empty, so I called them. They blamed the courier said they must have tipped it over. They sent me a gallon on acid (after the knobheads said just fill with distilled water) I said the cell will be weak, & the knobhead said oh yes DUH. It leaked out over a period of time as there was a tiny crack in it. It caused a tremendous amount of damage. I went in the room where it was kept (not been in there for some time) All leaked out. This was 3 years ago & I just today saw the damage. Fancy blaming it on the courier. Selling me a cracked battery. Good thing for them they are down south. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am extremely concerned reading your review. As a small company with only 3 staff members, I can guarantee that this would NOT have been the advice you received. If there are any reports of damaged batteries (couriers fault or our own) we always arrange for the damaged battery return, investigate the problem and send a replacement. We would absolutely NOT send you a 'gallon of acid' (we do not even stock acid) and would never advise to fill it with distilled water.
Calling our staff names is totally unacceptable and unfair.
Please ensure you have the correct company as there are many companies with similar names.
I suggest that you call our offices 01702 258903 and, as per normal procedure, we will endeavour to rectify this for you promptly.
