Wrong Pricing and unhelpful.
I wanted to stay local and purchase from a local firm. I purchased a Rangemaster Cooker and I was pleased with the product and the Service. I then wanted to compliment it with a cooker hood. I looked on line and Beacon Electrical were competitive after doing considerable research and finding the product cheaper elsewhere. I ordered the cooker hood that was £381. I needed the product urgently so that the rest of the kitchen could be completed. I then get a phone call the next day saying it had been priced incorrectly and that It was £50 more expensive. It was non negotiable. No effort to apologise for their mistake or an offer to meet me half way And in my opinion not customer focused. A real shame. I have had to take my custom elsewhere. Very disappointed service.

Dear Mr Penn I am sorry that we have had a problem with your recent order, unfortunately we have experience an issue with pricing on hoods on that specific brand which has resulted in this mistake. We can only apologies for what is unfortunate error but with the current climate and pressures on our systems and staff, I would hope that as a loyal customer you would understand and that you would accept out most sincere apologies!

Absolutely first class company I can not recommend this company enough they are just awesome.
