Our records show the order in question was dispatched and delivered promptly and, when you reported receiving an incorrect fragrance, we offered a pre-paid return envelope so we could send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, the item was never returned to us, and your payment provider processed a chargeback in your favour while you kept the product. We regret that we couldn’t complete the normal resolution process in this instance, as this is how we ensure fairness for all customers.
