Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Buy in 12/06/2025. I spent a month trying to resolve a shipping issue. They created a FedEx label on Dec 17th but never actually delivered the merchandise to FedEx. Customer service is incompetent; they keep sending canned responses telling me to "wait for the delivery window" instead of checking that the package is still sitting in their warehouse. They ruined my Christmas gifts and are now essentially holding my money hostage. Avoid this company at all costs. Unprofessional and dishonest.

⭐ One Star – Buyer Beware of “Final Sale”

Ordered my usual size and it didn’t fit at all. I contacted customer service immediately to exchange or return it, only to be told it was “final sale.” The item is unworn and still has tags, yet I’m stuck with something I can’t use.

This policy is unreasonable for clothing where fit can’t be confirmed until you try it on. Very disappointed in bebe’s customer service and lack of flexibility. I won’t be purchasing again.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Have zero value for customer and actually resolving issues. So many better companies to purchase from with more reasonable prices who will actually back their products. Don't waste your money with them. They will not back faulty merchandise. In fact they will further inconvenience you for an issue they created rather than rectifying the matter at no further inconvenience to the customer as most companies would do.

Horrible Customer Support

I am posting this publicly because my experience with Bebe has been one of the worst customer service situations I’ve ever encountered.

I requested a refund for an order, and instead of returning the money to my original form of payment—Shop Pay—they issued a gift card, which I never selected and never agreed to. When I questioned it, I was told that because the gift card was already issued, it “can’t be reversed.” That is completely unacceptable, especially when the mistake is on their end.

To make matters worse, the amount of the gift card doesn’t match what I originally paid through Shop Pay. So now I’m stuck making installment payments on items I returned, while Bebe keeps the difference. I don’t shop at this store, I didn’t ask for store credit, and I am now out money because they refuse to correct their own error.

No customer should be trapped in a situation where a retailer issues the wrong type of refund and then shrugs off any responsibility. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Bebe—if something is wrong with your order, you may end up paying for merchandise you no longer have.

BAD QUALITY. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE

I ordered several of their Bebe Logo tops with the diamonds. I’ve worn them TWICE at most and the rhinestones are coming off. They are not the quality they used to be. Trash 🗑️
I am very careful when I wash them. I wash them on cold/delicate and air dry it! How are the rhinestones coming off when each shirt was $50?

This is for the ONLINE store

This is for the ONLINE store; I have made several purchases in the last year or so after finding a few tops in a discount store and really liking them.
Pluses: they are as advertised: color, fit, etc. When they have a sale or "final sale," they are good buys. The colors are great: vibrant, color-fast after many washings. Also: I have found the online buying quick and easy with reasonable delivery times. When I did have a question about an item that wasn't showing up in tracking, I got an email response (not a cut/paste, either) in a few hours--and item actually was delivered later that day. (Tracking is not always accurate.)
Minuses: they are a bit pricey--at least for me. I have purchased only short sleeve/long sleeve tops, but usually wait for some kind of sale. And the minimum for free shipping is high ($150.). Also: I have ordered XL because it is the largest; they fit--BUT an XXL would be nice. I do NOT put them in the dryer.
Overall, I have had no problem with online purchases and would order again.

Worst customer service on planet earth

Bebe offers good quality clothes and dresses however their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Even when they make a mistake they will not make any exceptions, effort, or help you rectify the situation. Even if you try to meet them halfway. I Placed numerous orders with no issues, but the one time there is an issue forget about it. They sent the wrong dress size and Bebe said go pound sand. They will not help you and their customer service is nonexistent. It’s better to buy via Amazon, Macy or some other outlet, but under no circumstances order directly through Bebe.com you will be scammed into thinking they have a return policy. Order at Venus or some other company, but they absolutely suck so bad that it’s impossible to even make another purchase from Bebe.com due to their ridiculous return policy and the reviews on their customer service speaks volumes how bad this company truly is towards customers.

As a long-time loyal customer

As a long-time loyal customer, I have always appreciated your brand for its quality and style, which is why I have been shopping with Bebe for many years. However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding recent changes that have impacted my shopping experience.

Firstly, I’ve noticed that the pricing of your items has become significantly higher. While I understand that quality comes at a cost, it has become challenging to justify purchases, even during sales or promotions. On top of that, I can no longer combine my rewards with promotional offers or discount codes. In the past, I could apply my rewards to sale items or promotions, which made shopping much more worthwhile. Now, having to choose between rewards and a coupon diminishes the value of these incentives, especially when the items remain on the expensive side even after applying discounts.

For example, I recently considered purchasing a blazer on sale for $129. Even with a 40% discount, the cost would still be around $77-$80, and I am unable to apply my $20 reward on top of the coupon. This new policy makes it difficult to take advantage of the rewards system and limits the value I feel I’m getting as a loyal customer.

Additionally, I recently purchased a pair of pants for $77, which were listed as a final sale. While I understand the final sale policy, the inability to exchange them for a smaller size feels unfair given the high price point. Customers should have the option to exchange final sale items for size adjustments, particularly when the items are at this price range.

These changes have made me reconsider shopping with Bebe, which is disappointing given how much I have loved and supported your brand over the years. I hope you take this feedback into account and consider revisiting some of these policies to provide a better experience for your loyal customers.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope to see improvements that will restore the value and trust I’ve always associated with Bebe.

Fast delivery to Thailand

Fast delivery to Thailand. Good quality clothes with nice sexy design. Prices very reasonable for quality you get. I would compare with Guess by quality and design.
But never tried to return as shipping back from Thailand will cost me more than dress.

The only thing i don't like - the only delivery option is DHL and they all the time charge more taxed than it will be with regular post. Would be great if shop would add regular post option.

I tried to return dresses I had…

I tried to return dresses I had purchased from them and they would not provide an exception to the return policy. The dresses are intact and I missed the window because I got into a bad accident and fractured my ankle. I offered to send them medical documents proving the accident and the date of the accident with the hopes that they could give me an additional 2 week grace period for me to return the dress. Their customer service emailed me back and advised that they could not accommodate because they had a strict return policy. I will never ever purchase from this store again!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Orders a dress that I thought was overpriced to begin with but it was cute and worth a try. I took the dress out of the bag and the zipper wouldn’t unzip. I emailed them immediately and informed them of the malfunction. They wanted a picture for documentation. It’s a black dress with a black zipper that doesn’t unzip. They still wanted a picture. They then proceed to tell me that I have to ship it back, wait for them to receive it, and pick out a different item or the same. They’re not offering refunds. WTH would I want anything else when the first time I purchase anything, it’s defective.

Product not received. Poor service. No full refund. Questions not answered.

Months have passed since I made my purchase. It never arrived. The customer service was poor and long-winded (over months). I received a partial refund (just over a 3rd of what I paid) - I don't know why this was the case. I never received any explanation as to why and many of my questions and answers were ignored. I continued to be told my request was sent "higher up", with no response. Plus customers should be aware (I believe) the the product is shipped by a "drop-shipping" method meaning it is coming from China, not America/wherever the company is based-this means it can take much longer for the delivery to arrive AND when there was no delivery, BebeAmoreCo wouldn't help but directed me to the delivery company. I had a very bad experience. I still haven't received a full refund and they still haven't answer my questions. P.s. the first emails from a customer service agent will seem very polite but late you will learn that it's very much copy and paste and questions will be ignored. I told them I would give a negative review, and still nothing, so here I am.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s…

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s graduation ahead of time and is been 14 days and I haven’t recieved it. I called 5x and customer service is unknowledge of the situation. He said he was emailing the warehouse for the status and they will replied to me and they never did. When I email customer service thru their page , the email sent to me was nasty like if the same person who I spoke to responded , telling me that I reached out various of time and the situation. That they will reach out to me. Next minutes, I recieved an email of a tracking number. This tracking number shows the location of the warehouse and it never moved for the last 4 days. I called usps, and they said , the tracking number was created but they supposedly to call in when to pick up the item. I called Bebe to canceled the order because one of the item was final sale with no refund, and they said they couldn’t cancelled because it was already shipped. My daughters graduation is tomorrow , the dress tracking number shows at the same location, and now I have to go shopping for another dress. These people don’t care about any situation, I had to call my creditors to file a dispute and they are taking care of it. What a disappointment with this company and customer service are very unprofessional.

Thievery

Save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

BeBe does not refund your money even when you send in the item

I decided to Xmas shop on Bebe's website. I purchased a total of $221 in items on November 18th. They were delivered on November 23/24 time frame. Since they were Xmas gifts, the individual did not have the opportunity to receive them until Xmas. Given all the airline delays@ that time, they received them two days after Xmas.

The items did not fit. I attempted to return them via their website. It would not allow me to. I looked up BeBe's corporate office address & sent the items there only for them not to be accepted. I found another address & sent the items there with a signature required upon delivery on both attempts.

The items were accepted. I received confirmation of delivery from the USPS. Time went on, and I never received a refund. A filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California - where BeBe corporate office is located. The Atty. General acknowledged receipt of my correspondence and contacted BeBe. They did not respond.

After still not receiving no refund, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. The cc company contacted BeBe, which BeBe did not respond right away. Their response was that I did not cancel the order and I received the items. The submitted proof of delivery to me. This was not the issue. I submitted proof of me sending the items back and proof of delivery with a signature. They never responded to the cc company.

On April 11th, I received notification that the conditional credit f $221 issued by the cc company on 2/16 is now permanent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEBE. They are not a consumer friendly company.

Money grabbers

They’ve received my return for more than 2 weeks now without initiating a refund! Beware they will hold on to your money as long as they can. Shady business practice. Won’t order from them again.

Horrible Customer Service

I've shopped Bebe for years without a complaint but recently I did a return and it has been over a month since they received the items and they haven't refunded my money. I kept ongoing emails with different dates and estimated time frames to expect the refund and still nothing. I decided to call their customer service number to express my concern, the representative was extremely rude to the point that she was yelling on the phone to talk over me. She initially asked if it has been 10 - 14 days and I answered it's been over a month. She rudely interrupted and did not allow me to speak another word. She flat out said, "you're not getting your refund until the end of the week," and that's when all the yelling began. And still to this date I have not received my refund. I for certain will not shop bebe again. They really need to reconsider the hiring process.
