Great quality, fast service.

I love the stretch fabric. Great quality. I’ve become a BedHead Pajama snob... I no longer like my other pajamas!

Actually the fabric and quality is beautiful. However, the product runs small and there's too much shrinkage. I washed in cold water and used low setting for dryer and they still shrank a considerable amount. So disappointed.

I love the pjs even though I think the price is really too high for them. However, this year having to pay for the box made me feel the company was taking advantage on full price items. I did like the bottom only option my daughter in law and daughter never wear the top and I did buy the men’s, baby and dog. Couldn’t buy them for my daughters family as the sizes for them were sold out and I placed my order in early November.

BedHead has been making fabulous pajamas for many years, and that now also means robes, nightgowns and leisure attire. The fabrics are top quality, are well described in the website (different types of cotton, yes!), and are well constructed. They will last, look good, and feel great! The sizes are accurate, though the stretch fabrics are a better bet for small chested women (D cups not happening). They machine wash easily and I hang them to dry after a couple of minutes in the dryer. If you want pressed pajamas, only a minimum is required, but they do well air dried.

Worst return policy and confusing documentation. No communication from return dept.

I discovered these fabulous pajamas a few years ago in a Neiman Marcus catalog, and that is when I made my first purchase. I have since ordered them through both N M and Gump’s catalogs, and most recently directly through the Bedhead store in Los Angeles. These are the most comfortable pajamas and they can represent YOUR personality whether you are refined and elegant OR free-spirited and playful, OR something in between, OR a little bit of both (depending on the day...actually night!).
I am now the fortunate owner of 8 pairs of Bedhead pj’s! I launder mine on the delicate cycle, and they have kept their shape and color for many years. I am sure that it is obvious that I LOVE these wonderful pajamas. Thank you,

I have purchase 4 pairs of pajamas over the last year. I am extremely pleased with each one. They are beautiful and comfortable.

I have at least ten of ur nightshirts and love them. I ordered a new one- the pink stripe and the cotton is aweful. The others are soft- this one is not!

I buy my wife pajamas for Christmas every year and she wears them on Christmas Eve.

Wonderful pajamas!! They fit well, wash over and over and are still great. Plus they are cute.

I have purchased more than 10 pairs of cotton knit pajamas from Bedhead. I could not love them more. They are soft, stretchy and comfortable, and wash / dry beautifully without shrinkage or fading. The sizing is true.

Two pairs of very cute pajamas size XL I purchased had narrow VERY long tops that were uncomfortably tight and poorly sewn button holes that looked as if they could fall to pieces after a few washes. Bottoms were fine BTW. Decided to return as they were not truly comfortable due to the tightness of the top.
In attempting to return the PJs my helper ( I am disabled) went to a UPS store and was told it would cost twenty-four dollars to send them back . At the suggestion of a UPS driver who was picking up other package for return and was kind enough to explain what I needed to get my return process going suggested I ask for a UPS "Call Tag". I've had not response to me calls (three) and an email. I am furious and want immediate help but haven't gotten any. Beware when shopping on line at this company!!!

The pajamas are amazing. I have several pairs and have given them as gifts and they are beloved by the recipients. I am giving 3 stars because the return/exchange policy is ridiculous. I needed to exchange my recent purchase for a different size. The company charges $8.00 to ship the replacement back, which I wasn’t happy with but was willing to accept. They require UPS shipping for returns and that cost me an additional $10.71. So it cost almost $20.00 to exchange the pajamas!!! I had already paid more than $150.00 for a pair of pajamas. I called and left a message with customer service but no one called me back. I do hope they quickly change their policy or they will lose a very good customer. Thank you.
