I placed an online order on Nov. 30. It is now Dec. 18 and I have not received the order. I emailed customer service last week and received no response. I emailed again today. I left a voicemail message with no response. The customer service number goes to voicemail at every attempt. There seems to be no way to actually contact a responsible person.

Love the quality of the pajamas. They are so soft and wash very well.

I was so happy to find PJs made in the USA. I placed my first order on 11/30 for a pair of Tour de France (I am an avid road cyclist) henley PJs in XL. I checked the size chart and, as a solid size 14/16 in all brands, I was certain the XL was the right size. I waited patiently for the arrival of my package on 12/11 only to be overly disappointed that the XL is not at all the correct size. I had my daughter, who is a size 6, try them on and they were almost perfect for her. That is sad. I understood that the PJs were not eligible for return as they were a sale item. I emailed customer service on 12/12 to inquire about an exchange as I am still interested in becoming a regular customer. It is now 4 days later and I have had no reply from customer service. By price alone BedHeads should be considered a premium company. However, given the 2 week wait for delivery on poorly sized clothes and their complete unresponsiveness to my inquiry, I consider the company to be unworthy of my business and they should be ashamed to reference the USA.

On the website I choose three different PJs and added them to my cart. I then deleted one. I received two sets of PJs but one of them was the one that I deleted. I’m a little disappointed I didn’t get my animal print but there still great PJs.
Last year I ordered one set of PJs and it showed up twice. I try to return the second one but couldn’t reach anyone.

Over many years I have bought night shirts in a hard to find material:Voile. I like to sleep cool all year and only voile does it for me and only Bedhead regularly carries sleepwear in this material. Light as a feather and yet covers comfortably even in winter when it's cold and in summer with air conditioning. And even though light wears well for years.

The prints are glorious..bright and original. You have to see Bedhead nightwear and feel the voile fabric to understand but sleep in them!!! and you'll be sold.

Staff is helpful related to size and even helps find sale items. Delivery is efficient. You can even talk to a person at Bedhead. I highly recommend using this company and their products.

The most comfortable pajama pants ever! So cozy and made in the USA. Love them! In fact, I loved the first one so much that I had to order another! I told my husband that is his present to me.

Love the cozy flannel pajamas so much and they always bring a smile to my face because they are so cute! I am going to try some of the other materials as well, because quality is excellent so far.

Website difficult. Call to customer service not returned for a week.

Bedhead is my go to every holiday season to order for all the children in my life. Their pj's are so much fun, so soft, my niece and nephew are always so excited to see their new pj's each year ;)
I also seem to find myself buying a pair for myself as well. Love BH!

The products are great but I am having a bad service experience this time. I placed an order on November 22nd and still haven't received it. My order confirmation didn't include a tracking link so I had to reach out. When I did, they could only tell me that it was in transit. Again, no link.

Worth the splurge! So cute, so comfortable. Any girlfriend who has seen mine end up buying their own and recommending another friend! My boyfriend has even complimented them - even my flannel BedHeads!

I LOVE your pyjamas and have ordered in the area of $5000 worth of them over the last couple of years. This year was unlike previous years' experience however, and not for the good.
I had trouble with your website, I did not receive return calls as promised from Brianna in Customer service on several occasions which was very frustrating as she just kept getting "very busy", and I was trying to navigate a time difference and Canadian dollars.
I will say that I did receive a credit via Miguel in Ops and wonderful help from Florence in your flagship store--so my thanks to both of them. Feel free to call me to discuss any comments.

American-made products are a must. BedHead PJs fit the bill for me

The stretch pajamas are all very itchy! I hope you will carry more 100% Cotton sateen, pique and voile. Most who love pj’s do so because they itch at night. The stretch are not soft on the skin, especially as we get older.
