Great online shopping experience
Great online shopping experience. I compared prices of the Fender amp in a few different websites and Belfield was the cheapest and had free shipping for my purchase. The amp was sent quickly and delivered safely. My son loves the amp - it’s a fantastic product. I’ll definitely order from Belfield again.

Bought a bass cab online
Bought a bass cab online. Very happy with my purchase. The only thing I could say that would have improved the experience would have been better communication about the delay of transferring my item from your warehouse to your store before shipping which I only found out after I called the store days after my purchase to see why my order hadn't been shipped yet.

I bought a pair of Shure broadcast…
I bought a pair of Shure broadcast headsets. It turned up just fine with no cable and a big sticker on the box saying no cable included now I'm up for another like 50 to 60 dollars or more to buy cable and then I have to take it and get someone to attach the ends to it. Nowhere on the website add where I purchased it did it say there was no cable included and this pictures with the cable attached so I'm not happy Jan

Great experience with Belfield Music Shop.
I'd been shopping around for a Teenage Engineering TP-7 for a while and Belfield came in at the best price I could find online — noticeably cheaper than the bigger retailers, which I wasn't expecting for a product like this.
What really impressed me was the shipping. The order went out almost straight away and arrived far quicker than the estimate suggested. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, exactly as listed.
No issues at all from start to finish. If you're weighing up where to buy gear like this, these guys are worth a look. I'll be back next time I need something.

I contacted Belfield Music about buying some items and Heath the sales manager was great to deal with.
He really looked after us and helped us all the way through the sale.
All boxes were shipped right away and turned up the next day in great condition.
Great music shop with good prices and quality products.
