Seamless process again. Simply called Bella Bathrooms, and Kate ordered everything for me. Also arranged to deliver at the same time as our previous order. Very straight forward process and lots of help if you are unsure what you need. Great service!

Great company
Great company, website easy to navigate. Ordering was very straight forward. This is the only seller that stocks the toilet seat I need, it's not a standard size. Delivery and packaging were very good. I would recommend Bella Bathrooms for quality, speed and ease of ordering.

Cloakroom suite
We ordered a cloakroom suite, it was delivered on time. Our plumber said everything was of excellent quality and had no problems at all fitting it.

Great Experience
We searched the market for the most competitive bathroom fixtures in the Scudo range. Bella Bathrooms were the best priced for the majority of items so we ordered all that we required from there, the order arrived quickly and everything arrived as it should and nothing arrived damaged. Appalling customer service
I ordered one basin and one bath tap. Upon receiving the items, I could see immediately that these weren't as advertised. The taps were of a different shape and style.
It transpired that the taps I wanted had been discontinued and replaced by a newer model but Bella Bathrooms are still using a photo of the old style and using the old name on their website.
I wouldn't have ordered these if they had used the correct photo and included the correct details.
They are now expecting me to pay to return these unwanted items.
Their customer service representative is argumentative and doesn't appear to understand the issue at hand.
Edited following their response -
The fact of the matter is that you haven't sent me the product I ordered. The product received is of a different shape and style to the pictured on your website. The difference in shape is significant, not cosmetic. I have already sent you photos of the product I received. Please compare this to your website picture.
I would also point out that publishing my name on this forum is completely inappropriate and a breach of GDPR.
Edited again to add that Bella Bathrooms have tried to have my review removed, claiming that it contained "defamatory content". It took Trust Pilot only 13 minutes to reach the decision that it did not.

I've had a look into this and can't see where you were advised that the ones you wanted were discontinued and replaced by a newer model, the Glissando Pendio have not been discontinued. You were advised that there had been changes made by the new supplier but these are only slight, and cosmetic and have not altered the specifications of the tap in any way.
The photos you sent in of what you say are Pendio Taps show there is quite a size difference to the actual Glissando Pendio taps that you bought from us, leading us to believe that the taps you have are not the same make and model as those you have bought from us.
In your email, you mention that you think you were sent the 'tower range', but Glissando doesn't do a range called Tower which also suggests that you have a different product.
As advised, if you return the goods to us we will issue a refund for them.
