Highly recommend Bellus to sell your home! Joe was highly professional, approachable and friendly. From the very start he made the selling process quick, smooth and easy. He explained everything in detail, always kept us up to date and we were really pleased with the pictures that he took of our house. I never felt the need to chase up any information and the fantastic marketing of our property helped to ensure that it sold at closing within 1 week! This is the second time we have used Bellus to buy a house. After the excellent service we received during our first experience, we decided to use Bellus to sell our house this time.
Joe made the process easy on both occasions. The communication from Joe was first class. Joe also offered some very good advice on a few things that we were uncertain on. All of the staff at Bellus were extremely friendly and they couldnt do enough for us.
