I was exceptionally pleased and will use Bennett Opie going forward. I am a frequent purchaser of flavoured syrups and this was the best experience to date across other venues. The selection was comprehensive, delivery was fine and tracked and accurate. I wish I had found them sooner given all issues I had with other suppliers.

Hi Stuart, we're very sorry to hear this and can only apologise. We package our orders as best as we possibly can but unfortunately there is a chance the products can be damaged in transit if handled poorly by the courier.
I can see that you were sent a replacement for the damaged goods which you would have received on the 24 July. I hope this doesn't deter you from shopping with us in future.
