First class service. The showroom has so many mattresses to try in all price ranges with knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic staff available to guide me through the options.
Delivery exactly on time. Again the delivery staff were careful and experienced. Obviously knew how to get the old mattress down the stairs and the new mattress installed.. super efficient.

From purchase to delivery and erecting
From purchase to delivery and erecting, the team were polite and courteous at all times. I was kept fully updated from start to finish and their time keeping is explicit. On the day of delivery I was provided with tracking and it was spot on. Their time slot was provided the day before and I can’t fault the whole process. Would definitely use again and recommend them 100%.

No problem at all with choosing and buying the beds. Very pleasant sales people and very helpful.
The delivery was not!! Two men who really couldn’t be bothered, not even a smile . The bed base was marked and damaged and it was a case of well do you want it or not?
They took no care and ours was a very simple delivery (in a bungalow )
Sort them out Bensons or change your delivery company!

They had a product we liked, we were happy with the price and the Sales Person was extremely friendly and helpful. It's good that the bed (wooden frame) is to be delivered and assembled. 10/10

The young gentleman in your Bradford Forster Square shop was polite, respectful and very helpful I think his name is Ibrahim, the delivery guys Elliot and Simon were also very respectful of our property and removed their shoes on entering very polite and courteous all in all a very good service.
