The lady (Fiona) that dealt with us was most pleasant . No rush & took us to several different display mattresses for us to compare etc. To older people as myself this was excellent

The process was painless from beginning…
The process was painless from beginning to end. The delivery came at the time expected. Our old bed was taken away and new one built very quickly.

No feet for the bed or headboard.
No feet for the bed.
Headboard not delivered although paperwork stated it was on the lorry. Delivery team excellent but no update on missing items after more than 2 days!

A positive experience
The Sales lady was very helpful explaining every thing we needed to know to enable us to make an informed choice.
The delivery men kept us informed as to when they would arrive. They were in and out in 5 minutes.
