Excellent service, good value

The experience of choosing a quality bed and mattress was made extremely simple and very enjoyable. The sleep expert at the Bicester Branch was Suleika who explained fully the range of beds and mattresses on offer, and gave us a very comprehensive assessment as well as the opportunity to experience the bed at first hand. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

We honestly wouldn’t have been able to make a good decision without Fiona’s help (Fiona Jones). She was very knowledgeable indeed. In the days of shopping on the internet, our experience shows how important it is to actually visit the shop - as long as someone like Fiona is there.

Fiona, was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us make the right decision with her skill at understanding our needs & requirements. 10 / 10 for Fiona.

From entering the store in Bicester the sales assistant was helpful, friendly and professional without being too pushy! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted some guidance!
We were very pleased with the service we received.

Julia was wonderful. I explained I had bad knees so I find it had to bend the getting on to beds and she talked me through all mattress and said which would be best. Then went on the test mattress to get the right firmness. Lots of beds and colours to choose from including headboards. You can also try pillows to find the perfect fit.

The lady in the shop Fiona she was lovely friendly and very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we were looking at, she made our experience, and hopefully when we receive our new mattress it will be wonderful.

We were met by a very welcoming and pleasant lady, Fiona, who took a lot of trouble helping us to find the right mattress for us. No pressure was put on us to buy a particular bed, but just guided us round the showroom and described the different qualities of the mattresses on display, and gave us all the time we needed to try out our shortlist to see which suited us best. Thank you Fiona for all your help - we will certainly come again when we need to change our other mattress..

I visited the Bicester store this weekend and had such a great experience. Julia could not have been more helpful! She assessed the best mattress firmness for me and then showed me several options at different prices. The whole process was made very simple, which was useful for me as this is the first time I've bought a bed/mattress. Julia was really patient and gave me all the different options in terms of payment plans and didn't push me into any decisions. I would definitely recommend visiting the Bicester store!

Julia was so helpful and patient while I was being so indecisive and didn’t rush us. Explained everything well and had great knowledge about mattresses.

I went into the store and met Fiona Jones. Told her what I was after and she was amazing. I got to try a number of mattresses and chose between 2 bases that had my requirements. Fiona had vast knowledge about what would suit me due to my requests.
Fiona emailed me over my quote and was very prompt when I had a query.
She saw through the whole process and now I'm hopefully receiving my new bed in a number of days. So far brilliant service and would definitely recommend going and seeing Fiona in Bicester. Not pushy at all and listens to what you really want.
I never write reviews till receiving the item, but I've been so impressed with Fiona I wanted to make sure I gave her good feedback. I'm also confident should anything go wrong I could ring and speak to her and it would be sorted.

Really great informative service from Julia at the Bicester branch. Gave us great advice about which beds to look at based on our needs and we ended up buying a bed that we may not have looked at but Julia felt was worth us trying. We didn’t feel under pressure to buy but did buy as we were very happy with the bed, price and service.
