Bensons For Beds - Biggleswade Opiniões

Staff polite,patience, friendly, helpful, professional.

Unbelievably unhelpful. No-one mentioned it's the customer's responsibility the bed will fit of get charged 20%, it wouldn't fit, disgusting service. Store very unhelpful to help with the refund. Customer service said it's the store discretion.. and the store wernt interested in helping us out and refunding

Very friendly staff very helpful and polite not to pushy would highly recommend this store

The salesman at Biggleswade was very pleasant and patient with us as we spent sometime choosing mattresses, he was also on his own and had to check downstairs to see if any other customers had arrived. Also prices were right.

The salesman was helpful and clear

Went to the local store for a new mattress there was a good selection to suit all budgets the friendly salesman asked what we were looking for & let us try quite a few to make sure we were happy with our choice placed our order & was told delivery would be about 6 weeks which was fine with us chose a,day which suited us for delivery was kept informed of delivery updates via email received a 2 hour delivery slot the day before & got a call when they were 30 minutes away the delivery guys were polite & friendly took the mattress upstairs to the bedroom & took away our old mattress for recycling a,service we'd paid for all in all a,hassle free & pleasant experience

Sultan at Biggleswade Branch was excellent

The help we got in store was amazing and really helped us to make the right choice. No pushy sales, just excellent advice. Really friendly and expert staff!

A good experience throughout the purchase journey. Went initially to Bedford store where a very helpful female store assistant gave us space and lots of help when needed. We approved of the standard of bedroom furniture and the sale prices were also a draw. Living in Sandy, we went to the Biggleswade branch to purchase where we could not praise “Mace” ( the Manager) enough for his extremely helpful approach and bonus offers. The downside was that the 9 week on-line delivery date extended to 11 weeks by the time of actual purchase but due to being on a cancellation list this returned to 9 weeks so a real boost.
Mattress delivered on time (and old mattress collected) by great well-humoured duo. Furniture delivered and assembled expertly by team of 3 without a hitch.
Throughout impressed by the communications personnel (on-line and phone and the actual drivers) about deliveries etc. Felt exceptionally well-informed throughout.
We are thrilled with all of our new bedroom furniture (3 wardrobes with 4 wardrobe drawer units) and 4 chest of drawers - downsides were shame that the latter do not have soft close drawers like the wardrobe doors as they shut with a snap; I did not like the metal handles supplied as rough to handle but the team expertly fitted my own handles instead which definitely look more stylish.
Would not hesitate to recommend the entire service especially with sale prices.

Mohamed Hanif made the transaction very pleasant due to his extremely friendly nature , polite manner to myself , my partner and my daughter and his extensive knowledge . He went above and beyond to help us and we would definitely shop here again .

We were very content with our experience. The salesman, Mumin Ahmed was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, able to explain detail and leading us to a wise decision.
What could have been a frustrating and time taking visit was conducted with efficiency and confidence.

Mohammed was very helpful and friendly. From the moment entering the shop to ordering my goods and leaving. He explained everything and made my experience very appreciative.

Lovely staff. Very polite and efficient. Excellent pricing and great quality

come and mend the bed or replace it

Mohammed was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A very nice man and a credit to the company

Mr Hanif was so nice and explained everything told her what to look when buying bed

Listened to what we needed engaged with the kids

The sales man left us to browse and was around to answer our questions, which he answered concisely without pushing for a sale. He gave us sufficient information for us choose a quality divan base, with 4 roller bearing drawers and chrome castors.

Visited Bensons for Beds yesterday to look for a new bed, one that would suit my wife who is suffering with her hip and knee joints. The staff were very helpful and pointed us towards the best mattress and base, they suggested a choice of two, not cheap but not he most expensive mattress. They suggested we try them for at least twenty minutes to get a feel for them and with no pressure on buying, which I appreciate. We went away to measure up in our bedroom and review our choice, which had very good reviews, and returned to the store in Biggleswade and purchased a new Mattress, bed base and head board feeling very satisfied with our choice. The whole thing was very pleasant mostly due to the staff being so polite and thoughtful.
