Bensons For Beds - Biggleswade Opiniões

Assistant was very helpful and patient with us

knowledgeable and helpful staff, gave various options for our requirements

Good shopping experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been multiple times. This past time was to confirm our mattress "hardness". On arrival we looked at frames as well and headboards, but we ultimately found the mattress we originally planned to purchase. The salesman: Mohamed Hanif and his a Manager were very professional and courteous. Mohamed is an older chap and let us go about our business and made comments where needed and explained the differences. Ultimately he guided us or had us test out a few different from what we originally intended and we infact decided there and then to change our original purchase choice to one of the others he introduced to us. Store is clean and tidy, everything is there for what you need and loads of choices/design to view and ensure you're pleased with what you will be receiving. I'd buy again or recommend

Very good. Everything explAined to us. No problems at all.

Mo was a lovely man and treated my daughter and I very well indeed throughout our shop visit.

We visited the store to find a firm but comfortable mattress to replace an old, soft one that gave inadequate support for someone with chronic pain from a back injury. The sales agent was quick to understand our requirement and showed us a small range of products that might be suitable, taking care to explain the pros and cons of each. He gave open answers to our questions and at no point did we feel under any pressure. This approach gave us confidence in making the right choice when placing our order. All round it was a pleasant experience.

Hanif was very knowledgeable & advised when needed, we are very happy with our purchase & would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and helpful salesman, good product range, all dealt with very efficiently.

So far excellent but only just ordered my mattress would prefer to review once I have it to rate properly. Service was good & friendly.

Really friendly staff, choices of mattress's explained really well with no pressure to buy any particular one. We were left to discuss and make our own choice

The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly, whilst the documentation took quite a long time this was made acceptable by the salespersons interactions.

Very nice showroom with knowledgeable and not pushy sales staff. Really happy with the bed for the spare room which arrived today. Very easy to assemble and excellent quality. Delivery was spot on..nice guys and came exactly when they said they would. What more do you want! Will be back for another bed.

My mum and I went into the Biggleswade store to look for a bed for my Grandad and were greeted by the most helpful and kind man. At no point did we feel any pressure to buy anything and it really felt like he had my Grandads needs at the forefront of his mind. Hanif showed us the most suitable mattresses for an elderly man and these also happened to be at the cheaper end of the scale. We did not intend on buying a bed that day but ended up returning later in the day and making two orders. Wonderful man, made us both laugh a lot! Excellent customer service, would highly recommend. Thank you again Hanif!

Benson for Beds in Biggleswade were extremely helpful when it came to choosing our new bed. The sales assistant took their time in making sure that we chose the right one for our needs made sure that we were fully aware of any optional extras that were available to us.

We were served by Mumin at the Biggleswade branch, where we were looking to buy a new mattress. Mumin came across as very knowledgeable and was able to advise on the best mattresses to try and give details on their construction to aid our final decision on which one to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he and a colleague actually moved a mattress from one type of bed frame to another so that we could compare them.

Excellent sales person , time to try different beds and pillows , had good knowledge of his products . Thanks to him x

The Manager called Maz at Bensons went above and beyond the customer service I expected.

The sales representatives were so nice calm and patient
