Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order. Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

On entering the shop I was very well looked after and explained the different types of beds. The apperiates used for deciding which beds to select is exceptional. I could not fault the service and also the delivery which was spot on and everything went to plan. Top marks. I give Bensons beds top marks.

We purchased a new bed a couple of months ago and were really impressed with the service and product. I returned to buy some new pillows and received equally great service from different staff. The product range was great and I was given plenty of time to try out the samples before choosing.

Looking forward to a good nights sleep
I used the bed tester in the branch to establish which mattress was the best for me.
Was quite shocked to see a medium suited me better and was more comfy in comparison to me always purchasing s firm mattress.
Definitely recommend using the mattress tester for any new purchase 👍

I’ve bought several beds and mattresses from Bensons for Beds now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always good quality and so comfortable. Jasmine always goes out of her way to do her very best for customers, gives good advice and answers any questions I have, she is a credit to the company 😁
