Lots of beds to look at and try. Store has been set up well. Staff are there to help but are not too pushy.

Excellent advice and service.
We bought our new mattress in August. I have waited untill now to do a review as I wanted to see if the advice given instore was correct. It most defintely was!
We are sleeping so much better, and wake fresher and ready for a new day.
Also a big up to the delivery guys.

Staff were friendly and attentive we did not feel pressured whilst in store.. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products especially Karen who answered our many questions and talked us through various options of bed designs and mattress’s.

Excellent Customer Service by Kyle
We bought a mattress and were assisted excellently by Kyle. He was so kind and was very helpful with his knowledge and finding the correct mattress that would suit our needs. We had our daughters with us and he was so understanding and was kind to them also. He is a credit to the store and the company. Thank You Kyle.

Graham from Bensons in Thanet has gone above and beyond to help us. We bought a mattress which was the wrong choice for us and we have now changed on the 40 night guarantee. Very helpful staff but not intrusive
Very helpful staff but not intrusive. We had time to look without someone on our shoulder but got advice when we needed it. Lots of choice, well layout.

Kyle knew what he was talking about…
Kyle knew what he was talking about when it came to beds he wasn’t at all pushy and let us decide and just advised, hopefully we’ve found the right bed for us without any sales gimmicks

Really had a good experience
Really had a good experience, we was greeted by graham who told us about the offers they had on in store then left us to browse with no sales pressure which I really liked, Graham was on hand to answer all my questions in an informative manner, we browsed for about an hour before making our selection delivery will be next week, couldn't ask for better service well pleased.

Sunday Shopping
Tyrrell made himself known to us shortly after we entered the store, gave us a quick run down of what products were where and then left us to browse. He then appeared at what seemed to be just the right moment to alleviate us of £2000 of our hard earned, classic salesman 101. I have no complaints, we needed a new mattress, just required a nudge in the right direction. Would visit the store again!
